Lucas X-TRA HD poly urea grease hard to find.

Walmart, Napa, and autozone all showing out of stock. The Lucas and Sunoco red n tacky are available and fully compatible with Lucas green polyurea. I actually did call the company directly on this… A call to them may answer your question about availability. People who speak English actually...

Flip - flopping R1 front tires - Cause internal damage? - See pics.

You’re not going to gain anything by flip flopping tires. Set the toe with a folding carpenter’s ruler and get whatever life you can out of them...

    Fuel Stabilizer and Winterization

This coming from the same company who brought you shoulder harnesses which live in the seat back instead of the b-pillar like the rest of the automotive industry. I learned my lesson back in 2002, and have been done with them ever since.

L285 rear diff fill plug question

If you’re taking apart that assembly to replace the filter, replace this hose and the clamps. Looks old and brittle… common cause of suction leaks and fluid aeration.

    D1005 Flywheel Ring Gear Question

There is actually a serial number break. I don’t know what the difference is, but it can be flipped and re-used if not completely destroyed (and if it’s the correct set up).

hello, I have a problem with my manual kubota L2850 dt

The suction hoses tend to be a problem as these units get older. They can crack or get too hard to make a seal and allow air in. Part # 040 . Don’t forget new clamps if that’s the issue… part # 050

M7580 wet brake repair advice needed.

I hate the sound of that statement. What exactly does it say on the master cylinder cap or in the owners manual to use for brake fluid? I looked, I can’t find it. If you see DOT3 or DOT4, plan on rebuilding everything.

    Anybody use JB weld?

If that’s it’s only job to hold a wiring harness in place you really have nothing to lose. I think you’d have better success with this rather than trying to drill and tap the JB. A nutsert may also work well in what’s left of the hole. You can also fabricate a sheet metal bracket mounted to...

    Rear Lug nuts

So you’re referring to the hex size so you can buy a socket? In US 7/8” is an almost perfect 22mm, 15/16” fits a 24 mm tightly. If you don’t have those, measure it… choose your weapon below.

    L295 clogged fuel

Smart move…. Read the directions on tank coatings. Diesel fuel leaves paraffin on the walls of the tank which is nearly impossible to clean without tank disassembly and manually cleaning it. Reading info here >>...

    L295 clogged fuel

Great idea D2 👍👍. Another idea is to use a super magnet (from the guts of an old hard drive) and stick it to the outside of the tank opposite the outlet.. at least the crumbs that break loose in the future will be held there. I stick them on my oil filters.

    Front king pins leaking

The above information is misleading. Item # 60 is a 2 piece seal (seal and collar) which very clear instructions were included in the package. If you click on the link in post #2 you can see it. Yes, the old collar must be removed from the bevel gear case before the new one is installed. New...
