    B8200HST Decompression Lever Stuck

When i read this the other day, i didnt realize it was three pages. Lol I just did a head gastet on a d722. It was much easier than i expected, compared to the hundreds of gm and chrysler head gaskets i have replaced. The cooling system was polluted with sludge from blowing compressed gases...

New L4600 with metal in hydraulic fluid

I cant see them replacing tractor, but every hydraulic component needs inspection and thorough cleaning. One chip in a cylinder and is toast. Of course, finding source of filings is number one.they need to find source of problem-changing oil isnt cutting it,not to mention additional damage...

    Gasoline in the crankcase

Fill it with oil, the good stuff. Put a dribble in cylinder and run it til its warm. Gas will evaporate/ burn off through crankcase vent system. Tie a string from fuel valve to off switch or key-just as a reminder.

North Idaho Wolfman hit the nail on the head. Its 25 amps, got the number off alternator and changed it up. Its not uncommon. Go figure. Will be checking motors for amp usage, i dont want to be over 20. Thanks guys. Once im making pellets, will put up a video on youtube.

    L1501 alternator question

Combined would maybe draw 30 amps. Both are fan motors, one runs a rotating screen and other is a small rad fan to blow dust and cool pellets. Im grasping at straws here but im thinking alt would be around 40 amps. Trying to make pellets free of hydro consumption.just burning diesel- then i can...

M5030su will not run/revv up after warming up.

Fuel tank not venting? Diesel engines run 375 psi or better for compression, valves not sealing as engine heats up could be a possibility, but more likely it would run rough before shutting down.

M5030su will not run/revv up after warming up.

My want to check valve adjustment also. Especially if it has lots of hours in it. Likely never adjusted. Air filters may need to be looked at too. Should have inner and outer filter.

    RCK60-30B Coupler

Not on your particular mower, but have replaced too many u joints to count. Usually a small punch with a blunt end will roll the clip out. But if you put a c clamp on it, the clip may want to spin. I jam it with a screwdriver on opposite end. Take your time, if a needle falls over you wont get...

    L1501 alternator question

Would anybody happen to know the alternator amperage output on my L1501? I need to run a couple 12 volt motors while making boimass pellets and dont want to tax the alternator. My searches didnt amount to anything, guess i could put my carbon pile tester on it to see what it takes to pull...

I had this issue before on a different model, fuses were corroded and wouldnt energize the stop solenoid. I would check the solenoid/connectoins first.

    LED lights?

The older vehicle flashers are thermal. The led lights do not draw enough current to make them flash. Switching to an electronic flasher is a cheap fix. Been in the auto repair/ parts business for 25 years- never heard of taillamps causing a trans failure. I have, however seen them cause abs...

    Engine warning light

Nothing in owners manual? Should give you some insight. I did a quick search on the interweb, and all i found was autimotive codes, dont think they cross over to off road equipment Too bad, life would be a little easier if all computerized machines were OBD compliant.
