    B2301 Mice Behind Instrument Panel

Started doing this a few years ago. Use bounce sheets for the dryer. Don't know why but rodents don't like the smell. Clean it out and throw a sheet in there.

    Rim guard quote

Had mine filled with PRO-TEK. From what I can see it's another eco version of rim guard. Tires took 44 gallons and total was $150.00 taxes in. I took the rims to them as its not far.

    B2650 ROPS "Right Side" Outlet?

Verify with a multi meter which one you have and also the lighter plug. Check for power and then pull the fuse. Mystery solved. I believe its referring to the lighter plug. Let us know what you find.

    b2601

Bought a 2601 last year and have had zero issues. I also bought a front mount blower and went with a BX2755HD. Worked so well I wish I had bought this setup years ago. I did add an actuator for controlling the chute angle and glad I did. When the snow is blowing at you I lower the chute to keep...

    Buyers Beware

Why waste our time posting if your not willing to explain your situation? Whatever the issues I'm sure others can help that have the same model. If not sell it and move on.

    Unusual old mower deck

When you say toothed do you mean like a timing belt or just a cogged belt. If the pulleys are small they most likely used a cogged belt as it will last longer.

    PTO malfunction

While your changing the fuel filter take a look at the air filter. Engine needs two things to operate fuel and air. Also was there any change in the exhaust when this occurred. As in more black?

    Fab at Home

Very nice cart setup. I pity the fool that gets between you and those bucket teeth. Holly crap. I can see the skin being torn just looking at them.

    L2201 Trnsmission Fluid

There should be a site glass on the left side either in front of the pedal if you have a manual transmission. Or behind the pedal if its an hst. You can download the users manual from Kubota and it gives you a clear picture of what your looking for.

Trouble removing hydraulic lift arm B1750

Glad it hear you got it. I looked up your part in the Kubota parts lookup and it gave me two choices. 6641636515 and 6795036515 depending if your is a D or E. First number I can find if I google it but the second was a no go. Like you said probably better to show it to them and match it up.

Trouble removing hydraulic lift arm B1750

I looked at the parts break down and it appears to be a roll pin that you need to remove. Make sure your using a penetrant and if possible the correct sized roll pin punch. Agreed they can be difficult but with a big enough hammer it will come out.

    Snapped Bolt

Time for a new torque wrench. The wrench I use does make a sound but you can also feel when its at the set torque. Don't even listen for the sound anymore.

    L2501 vertical exhaust mod

When I got my used 8hrs B2601 the exhaust was one of the first things I modified. Copied someone else's idea on the forum and added a small turndown pipe. Keeps exhaust off the front attachments and less then $5.00.

    security

Had asked a similar question in the fall. Was about to put in a secondary cut off but thought if they really want it there going to drag it onto a trailer. Ended up adding it to my house insurance. Now its covered for theft or damage.

Dealer Advice Brand New BX Oil Leak

Sorry for having to deal with incompetent people. The world is full of them when you don't need them. For leaks that I've had a hard time finding I have put in a florescent die. This is something to mention to the dealer. The problem might be that you need a black light to see the now leaking...

    Torque Wrench(es) and accessories...?

I'll give a go at your questions. Depending on what your going to be doing it will vary. For the general service and check I have a 1/2" torque wrench that goes from 45-300 ft/lbs. Also a 3/8" that goes up to 50 ft/lbs. Mostly every size socket and wrench up to 1 1/8". If I need something...

    Changing BX25D Trans fluid

What I did in the past when I didn't have a fel was to use an old bucket and cut it to fit under the tractor. Then there's no worry of using stands.

Done with R4 Tires in the SNOW!!!

The R4 tires are a narrower tire as compared to the R3's. I believe if you found a tire that would fit the rim width it would also be too tall. Please correct me if I'm incorrect.

Help! Right Oil? Wrong fill hole

Re: Help! If you have any doubt I would drain the system, change the filter and refill with the correct fluid.
