Trade Land Pride RCR1260 for Land Pride RCR1242

Perhaps you could use a jack and / or boards to raise the low side of the loader or perhaps you could remove some dirt where one wheel of the tractor goes to get it level with respect to the loader.

Need Help. Using tractor while bucket cylinder is out for repair?

Can you even lift the bucket so it's out of the way? Henro's ideas should work but you may also wish to investigate how you can remove the loader for mowing. You could also see which hoses to disconnecting the loader when removing the loader from the tractor. Or remove the loader completely...

    L 3301 Clutch won't disengage.

One big thing I noticed before purchasing was that Kubota does not cover their clutch under any warranty. Fortunately it does not appear you likely have a clutch problem, it sounds more like clutch linkage, throwout fork bent or something of that nature. You could play with the pedal feel and...

    L3800DT front loader

That should be a fine tractor but my first recommendation would be to sell it and purchase a tractor with a loader. The second recommendation would be to try to find a similar parts tractor that still has a loader. The proper loader model for that tractor is the LA524. For an after market...

no power to new ignition switch power to starter nothing going out

Which is it - no or very little power? No power could simply be a fuse or fusible link. Very little power could be a bad battery, dirty or loose terminals, or a poor ground connection. Why did you replace the switch in the first place?

    L4060 not starting

The tractor is four months old. It has a problem. The dealer should fix the issue. The battery voltage should be 12.6, not 11.6. When the tractor is running the alternator should be putting out over thirteen volts. Additionally with all the onboard electronics of newer tractors there could...

    L3830

I don't think it's a real common problem but check that the vent on your fuel tank cap isn't clogged.

    12.4-26 tire trouble

You might double check that size. I can find the 12.4-24 and the 12.4-28 but not a 26. It appears the L3301 took a 12.4 -24. You're right, they are expensive. Check car tire dealers who may sell farm tires as well. We have a chain out west called Les Schwab. They sold me a pair of rear...

    2010 Kubota 2800

I'm unfamiliar with your tractor. I've read enough on the web to learn the PTO is engaged via a cable. That would allow a relatively small lever to do the actual engagement. My PTO lever is on the right fender by the driver seat. Yours could be the same or nearly anywhere else including the...

    2010 Kubota 2800

I'm unclear on what you're asking. Do you need the location of the PTO lever or have you engaged the PTO and it doesn't work?

    Newbie really needs help - - 1988 L2850DT

If a tractor has four wheel drive, two wheel drive is the normal mode of operation and you shift into 4WD with some sort of control. Do not run on dry pavement while in 4WD. It accelerates tire wear and can damage internal stuff. You may not realize you also have a differential lock. This...

    Engine oil in hydraulic fill?

It appears that model does have an HST transmission. The only fluid Kubota recommends is their SUDT2. Your transmission capacity is about twelve quarts which works out to about 48 cups. You have added one cup of oil which works out to about two percent "contamination". Is that enough to...

    kubota l3000f safety switch

It would help to know what specific switch you seek and what it does. It may be possible to configure a replacement switch but more information is needed and nobody knows how handy your are at adapting things.

    G23 PTO belts

Perhaps the dealer wants to sell genuine Kubota belts because he doesn't make money if you buy belts elsewhere. I know nothing about Mitsubishi or Bando belts and you'll never find out if you don't try. Perhaps you could find a belt by Gates. They're not cheap but I've had good experience...

    B5100 Glow Plug Issue

I'd start by putting a voltmeter on the top of a glow plug to see if you're getting voltage and what that voltage is. If all is working properly it should be about 10.5 volts. At forty years of age you may well have a resistive element on the dash which is supposed to glow dimly when glow...

    Hydrostatic filter.

I've not had any filter leak when hand tightened and not used a strap wrench to do the job. I do put a bit of oil on the gasket surface to allow it to tighten properly. I tighten until it makes contact then go another half to three quarters of a turn. I use the same type oil the filter is...

    Kubota d902

Put a voltmeter on each glow plug when activating it. It should read about ten volts, not twelve. If they get power they should be heating making starting easier. If they don't get power that could be part of yoru problem. White smoke is common with a cold diesel. It should go away as the...

    BX2200 Starter issue

I don't know how your starter grounds to the frame. Usually with a car the starter mounting bolts provide the ground. Surfaces should be clean and tight. If you replaced a bad wire be sure the replacement wire is the same size as the original or larger. If the junction is heating I suspect a...
