Are the Mitsubishi and Bando PTO belts ok as after speaking to dealer he says only use Kabota genuine as all else rubbish but are much cheaper.

Perhaps the dealer wants to sell genuine Kubota belts because he doesn't make money if you buy belts elsewhere. I know nothing about Mitsubishi or Bando belts and you'll never find out if you don't try. Perhaps you could find a belt by Gates. They're not cheap but I've had good experience with them.
