    B2320 Air Filteration System

It doesn't make a lot of sense to me that the "grit" would be sand entering through the air cleaner and then settling in the oil pan. Would make more sense that the grit was carbon blowing by the rings and then accumulating in the oil pan. How much blow by can you see?? If you see a lot, maybe...

blowing engine oil out the exaust

No --- spring for a new one. Maybe even new head bolts --- if they are "torque to yield", you'll need new bolts.

    B6000 front axle drive shaft

Todd, looks like no one has anything to offer here. I don't think that this should be full of oil. Some u-joints are greasable and others aren't -- least that's my experience. I plan to do as you suggest --- just grease it up best that I can and then reinstall the cover. I probably will seal it...

    B6000 front axle drive shaft

I'm curious too --- just split my B20 and this cover was full of oil and the cover "seam" where it bolts together was covered with gasket sealer as if to keep the "seam" from leaking. But, in my case, there isn't any fill hole or drain plug. I just assumed that the oil in the cover leaked out of...

    How to remove PTO shaft

With tractor shut off, reach in under the PTO guard and grab the end of the shaft that slides onto the PTO splines. You should feel a pin sticking out --- press the pin in while pulling on the shaft at the same time. The shaft should slide off of the PTO splines.

    new motor b7100

Well, it's hard to tell what you need from the problem statement so far. Is lack of compression your only problem? What is your compression cylinder to cylinder?? Is your oil pressure OK? Does it run hot? Parts are readily available somewhere in the U.S. You need a good relationship with a...

    B20 Head Gasket

I'm doing a little R&R on my B20. When I removed the head I discovered the head gasket covered with a silicone gasket sealer on both sides. Now, that's counter to all my "head gasket" experience. I've always installed them "dry". That's how I was trained. Is there any reason to coat the gasket...
