    Might be either one ---- do you have a gauge the you could use in place of the "idiot light" fitting? That would be the first thing I would do to see if you actually have pressure at that point.

    Here's what I get from the engine manual. At "rated speed" min oil pressure should be 28 psi and max should be 64 psi. At idle minimum should be 10 psi. Oil pressure light activates at 7.4 psi. I see only one oil pump option --- it's a "rotor inside of a rotor". I see no ability to adjust oil...

    3 point will not do anything

    I assume that it worked before you added oil? Where is it stuck --- all the way up or all the way down or in between?? Can you lift the arms by hand?? I assume you have a "rate of movement" valve under the seat. That's not completely close is it??
