Have a L3130 Also have a grapple sits outside. Just don't think temp change 50 or 60 degrees expandes the oil that much. Maby the grapple was not all the way closed when you removed it. This will put psi on one of lines. I have done this. I use a 1/4" punch rag & tap the pin in to relive psi...
Going with Run with Scissors Except REAM ( not drill ) HOLE & NUT to make fit as tight as possible / with a pin you are going to destroy the threads anyway.
1 Of my old freguson's came with a threaded on steel cap dome shaped wirh a hex end for a wrench. Old guy onled used it for plowing snow & running a disk.
Den 's correct. I worked in a machine shop through high school they repaired los of cylinders only remember a hand full of times we honed the bore & like said only when it was scored or dented.
Im with Greensvalle Your going somewhere to do work "with" the tractor not work on the it. Do your home work befor you go, IE Preventive Maintenance , Services & a good inspection before you go. My Two cents.
Not quite sold it's any beter then a slip hook. i understand how it's used not sure the pipe grabes the brush any beter then the chain it self? But i'm going to make one & try for my self.
A slip hook is a open rounded inside it goes over the lenth of chain allowing it to slide through and cinch. Unlike a grab hook you have on both ends of your chain.
