Kubota D902 oil spraying from cylinder #2

Overheating with the early RTV 900 was a common problem. Radiator location was poor. My experience has been when they get hot enough to crack the head that they also ruin the piston rings. The piston rings lose their hardness.

    kubota L345dt PTO problem

Your tractor has a two-stage clutch. When the clutch is pushed all the way down it should disengage the PTO. If it is not disengaging either the PTO clutch is out of adjustment or the clutch disc has rusted to the pressure plate. Common problem on these tractors is the PTO clutches are out of...

L305dt owner - Upgrade to L345dt worth it?

The L1720 loader is a nice fit for the L345DT. It is a little big for the L305. The two tractors are basically the same other than one has a four-cylinder and one has a three cylinder engine. You will have bigger tires which will definitely help. Both are great machines. Is your loader running...

    L245DT steering box replacement.

Did you get the steering arm put back in the right position on the new steering box? You should have a scribed mark across the end of the steering shaft to line up the arm with. It may be that the aftermarket box does not have that.

    Problem kubota 4 wheel drive

I just replaced the pinion on a couple of these tractors. Kubota sells a kit with a new shaft and pinion. You don't have to replace the ring gear as a set like you do with most tractors. Have you checked oil levels in the front axle? Or you using gear oil?

I always appreciate that. I mostly have older L Series stuff. I do have a little bit of old B series but not much. This is one I happen to have. Mountain Man is the man for B series parts. He has helped me out as well.
