Have been searching for anything with this exact problem, cant find it: Bought a used rtv900 with known overheat, took off head, looks pristine, flat with straight edge both ways, cleaned it up changed head gasket. Runs drives, oil coming out of exhaust, retorqued head bolts, same. Removed glow plugs to do compression test. getting a huge spray of oil out of #2 cylinder, fuel shut off is tied in off position. Compression is 490-500 on all three cylinders. Removed rocker arms from the valves on #2, same thing, oil spray from glow plug hole. Bore scoped it, #1 and #3 are perfect, # 2 oil: kinda new to the small diesels, is this a cracked head? Head gasket blown again? bend rod? Would appreciate any information.
Edit to add: went back out this morning and it appears to be more water/oil combo, and when put compressed air down glow plug hole, can hear it gurgle all over the place, thats sounding like a head gasket/ cracked head problem. Thanks
