Is the loader off of a l245 compatible with the L185?

The mounts and the hydraulic system might need altered to fit.

In most cases it will be compatible. Is it a Kubota loader? What model loader? The l185 is basically the same tractor just a slight bit shorter. All the mounting holes for the brackets are the same.

Yes it is a Kubota loader, not sure what model it is.

Kubota Model 1200 was the loader used when that tractor was new.
