There should only be power at that wire if the key is fully turned to the start position and there is continuity through any interlocks.I don't know what ones are fitted to your model but my old B7100 only has one which is on the clutch pedal. Dave

Hi,I have a question for you,have you stripped the genny down and seen the brushes?..the reason I ask is,95% of all gennys I have worked on are brushless.Of the ones with brushes,If you can,t get them then cut some larger ones down or get some custom made. Dave
