    PDF to JPEG (image/picture)

Thats one I've not used Scott and will be using quite a bit in the future:) The method does have a drawback in that the "camera" button is greyed out if the Pdf is protected as some WSM's on a CD are, :( but not a problem for those in the know;) Dave

    B7100 weak hydraulics

hi people, my B7100 has weak hydraulics so I drained the oil and cleaned the screen which was not too dirty. I then hooked up an hydraulic gauge which showed a pressure of 750 psi:eek: and my WSM says 1570-1710 and can be adjusted by using shims under the relief valve. Does anyone know if this...

    electrical question-lights

Is the bulb earthed via contact with the bulb holder and not a separate earth contct in the bottom of the holder? if so put your meter in ohms or continuity mode and test between the metal side of the bulb and its contact..there should be continuity and shows the bulb it working. If it is ok,put...

    B6100DT 3ph cylinder

It says in my WM that the lift cover bolts should be 39-45Nm or 29-33 ft lbs .there is a large "O" ring seal which the cover tightens on to so if you did not replace it,I would. It does not say in the WM about sequence but if you stick to Scotts suggestion you won't go far wrong! Good luck Dave

    Grease fittings

Its no help for the 3 that have pulled out but this may help in the future: On most of the good grease guns ive seen the coupling barrel, not the whole thing, will unscrew,if you back this off part of a turn the chuck in the end won't grip the nipple so tight so it should come off easier. If it...

Ag tires not available????? Help please.

There is a formular for working it out but when I bought my new Ags the dealer did it for me :) Wind up happens when in 4 wheel drive, because there is no diff in the transfer box, so when cornering on tarmac or other hard road surfaces, the front axle takes a slightly larger turning circle than...

    B7100 axle/hub question

Rather than use beads of weld,I think the best way of doing this is to get say a piece of 10mm square stock and cut 6 pieces the same size as the axle hexes. then chamfer each one along its length.then position them around the axle(first grind flush the old weld,)with the chamfer towards the...

    B7100 glow plug indicator

Its exactly the same voltages on my B7100 with a new battery fitted. The voltage drop is understandable when you consider the power it take to make those 3 plugs glow and might be the reason you can't heat and crank at the same time! Dave

Kubota front weights dimensions: Need help pls!

Have you considered increasing the size to give more weight? I have 3 weights off a Massy Ferguson 135 on my B7100 each one is 25.5kgs but could do with more to stop the front lifting. The weights off quite a few tractors will fit on a Kubota front weight frame! ..if you look at the pictures I...

Motor,Transmission Oil, Front Axle Drain Plug Torques

Drain plug bolts have no tensile strength markings which means they are made from fairly low grade steel ,they also seat on a copper or alloy sealing washer so don't need to be over tight as the compession of the washer seems to act as a locking device to the point of making it seem as if they...

    oil from breather - B7100HST

When the rings in an engine are worn they allow compression gases to pass them by and they end up in the sump. The vapour which contains some oil will condenses in the breather and drips out. Stick your finger to block the beather pipe for 10-15 seconds and then take your finger off ,I suspect...

    oil from breather - B7100HST

Was the oil at the correct level after the oil change and has risen since then? if so is it a slightly grey to milky colour,if so ,has the water level in the radiator gone down which would suggest a leak between the two..head gasket or cracked block maybe ?.. dave

    Noise engaging hydraulics

Hi, why I likened it to sounded like trying to engage gears without the clutch was because I was getting vibration back through the lift lever which I have since found out is as you rightly suggest, the relief valve bouncing. I found on another forum that this is normal for these tractors if the...

    Noise engaging hydraulics

Hi all,I have a queery concerning engaging the hydraulic lift lever on my B7100.If I slowly move the lift lever to raise the lift arms there is a grating noise like trying to changing gear with out disengaging a clutch so it is impossible to raise the arms slowly a bit at a time . I have...

    What Topper?

The hours meter does keep ticking with the ignition switched on but have eliminated that as the cause. When I start the tractor I look at my watch and the hour meter and when finished, look at both again, the meter is running at nearly twice as fast as real time. Is there any way to adjust these...

    What Topper?

I have contacted Kubota UK to see if they run a similar discount ROPS program over here but I won't hold my breath for a good result! I thought I would post some pics of my little orange Girl.
