    Drain Fuel?

If you don't have winter fuel in it or you just don't know whether the fuel is winter grade or summer grade, I would fill it with winter grade fuel and add some winterizing fuel additive like Power Service White for example. If your filters have drains, drain them into a clear container and look...

    Rototiller slip clutch slipping

You probably need to adjust it unless the clutch plate is worn out. It looks like there is oil on the housing. If that's the case, you'll need to find the source and repair that too. Pull the slip clutch out and examine it. It is spring loaded so before you remove the bolts measure the spring...

    Simple Coolant Question

You'll most likely need to remove the thermostat to release the air trapped in the block. Some thermostats have a bleed hole that helps this.

Why do you think you need to remove the IP? Do you have a shop manual?

    Bush hog repair

That's the life of a rotary cutter! Some are made heavier then others .There's no reason why you can't weld on some heavier material to the side panels.

    Fuel Stabilizer and Winterization

You are correct. You can't get rid of condensation but you can minimize it by keeping the tank as full as possible, especially when you don't use the tractor often. If you live in a really humid climate, i would recommend using a biocide always.

    Fuel starvation

You're on the right track! Is there a way to remove the outlet from the fuel tank? You ought to be able to use a wire to clear up what's in there and flush the crap out of the tank. When you get this straightened out, consider two fuel management strategies; 1) Keep the tank as full as possible...

    L4060 not starting

Agree, charging voltage for running tractor should be ~14.0-14.5 V

    M6 111

I'm not familiar with the tractor or the implement but i think your problem is on the implement side of the system. The tractor only provides hydraulic flow and pressure to the implement controls. The implement control uses that to control position.

    Fuel starvation

All that crap and corruption has not been removed from the fuel delivery system. If it was, you wouldn't have a problem keeping it running. And remember, just because it idles for hours is no reason to believe that the fuel restriction is gone. It doesn't take much fuel to idle an engine so you...

    Mx5800 won't stay running

First make sure that if you have a solenoid shut off for fuel, that it is holding the solenoid open to allow fuel flow to the injector pump. If that's operating correctly go on to the next step. Remove the line that runs from the tank to the fuel filter. Fuel should gush out like a cow peein'...

    BX2380 Fuel Pump???

I would start by removing the line from the tank, to the next element in the fuel delivery system. You should have a CONTINUOUS gush of fuel from the tank. If it dribbles or is intermittent, you've found your problem. If you have good flow, re-connect the line and go on to the next element...

    BX2380 Fuel Pump???

Which pump? the lift pump or the injector pump? or do you have a high pressure rail fuel system?

    Thermostat

Running a diesel without load will not generate high internal temperatures so the coolant will not get hot. Also if the thermostat has a bypass then you'll see coolant at the radiator top. When you put the engine under load, it got hot. Get an infra red thermometer and measure the temperature...

    Hard start/low power

What does your air filter look like? A restricted air filter can make for hard starting and low power output. It takes both fuel AND air to make power. How is your fuel flow? If those are OK, do a compression check.

    Dies after starting

Open the fuel line where it comes out of the lift pump and crank the engine. Do you get a CONTINUOUS, big stream of fuel coming out of the lift pump? If you do the system is delivering adequate fuel. If it isn't, the lift pump maybe bad or the fuel delivery to the lift pump is inadequate. Remove...

M7040 will only start at full throttle, dies if you significantly reduce throttle

You don't need a electric fuel pump. Just remove the fuel line from the lift pump and crank the engine. If the pump is good, there will be a full stream of fuel coming out.

M7040 will only start at full throttle, dies if you significantly reduce throttle

Did you replace the lift pump? It's usually needed to supply fuel at 4-5 psig to the injector pump.

    Fuel supply issues

The lift pump is a mechanical pump, usually a diaphragm pump. If it's working, there will be a big stream of fuel shooting out when you crank the engine. "... dribbles and squirts..." means it is not working IF the inlet is not blocked.
