To those looking for 20.5x8-10 tires

That is strange! Must be some sort of goofy export law. Are your rears the original Bridgestone Pillow Dia's? I decided to replace mine when I did the fronts since they were full of sidwall cracks (but still held air). They were still stamped 1985! The guy at the tire shop laughed when he...

To those looking for 20.5x8-10 tires

I'll vouch for the Kenda K513's as I just installed a set last month. They are literally the only true turf tire you can get in 20.5x8.00-10 anymore. 4wd is smooth as butter

    L3300 Loader Help

Those adapters sure do look nice. There are two items that bug me about them, and maybe I'm just nitpicking here. The first is they add weight which reduces loader capacity. The second and more concerning one is they place the lifting point further away from the machine. In my mind this...

    B6200D FIRE around glow-plug indicator!!

No doubut you do have quite the mess to clean up there. The plug the melted will be difficult to source so you might hvae to make spade ends for each individual wire. There are two in-line fuses under the air cleaner as Wolfman said. The thrid "200A" fusible link is located in the area of the...

Group 51R, which are marginal performers on a diesel engine due to their size limitations.

    Kubota B7100HST Won't Start

The issue is your batteries. A battery isn't considered fully charged unless it's around 12.6-12.7V. If the battery in the tractor is bad, it will draw from the good battery until it reaches equilibrium. I'd suggest fully charging the good battery, then hook it directly to the tractor cables...

    B6200D FIRE around glow-plug indicator!!

Definitely a short somewhere in the system. It's also possible the indicator element got brittle, cracked, fell and made contact with the frame. I rewired my B7200 glow plugs to a toggle switch. One time, I forgot to turn it off and the plugs were on for about 10 minutes before I discoved it...

    L3300 Loader Help

All the loaders of the LA480 vintage are pin-ons. It might be worth you wile to look for new aftermarket as everything now is quick attach, which is super nice if your back and forth between attachments. I run an older Woods myself and wish I had this feature.

    Steering is backwards

There aint a whole lotta magic or wizardry behind the grand L00/L10 steering system. Either your controller is fubar (rare) or hoses swapped (common if you do not mark them)

    Steering is backwards

Like Wolfman said, you crisscrossed the lines when you hooked them back up. Swap ‘em and you’re good to go.

    B6200HST rear axle oil leak?

Have you checked your PTO shaft for excessive play? I ran into a similar situation where my B7200 was leaking from the rear and couldn't see anything when it was parked. I'd run it then it started leaking again. When I moved the PTO shaft, it had enough play in it to leak between the seal and...

    L4610 not starting

Maybe the culprit is the starter itself, specifically in the solenoid housing.

    B7200 oil preasure

I see anywhere between 10 and 50 psi depending on temperature and rpm with mine so you’re good. I also don’t run any oil additives and personally feel they are a waste.

    L4610 not starting

Clicking usually means reduced current flow, enough to engage the bendex, but not enough to turn it over. Check the area where the ground bolts to the front frame. These areas get super dirty over time. If you ever have a battery leak, it will also worsen the situation by leaking acid down to...

Kubota B1550 HST 4WD D850-5B engine thermometer sensor

The oil pressure sensor I run is all electrical. You're limited with room everywhere on these small machines, so they make the most sense to use. It is interesting to note that the CA models do have a port on the flange housing and the US models do not. Unfortunately the parts website...

Kubota B1550 HST 4WD D850-5B engine thermometer sensor

I run a trio of Autometer gauges on one of my 7200's. For the water temp, I tapped a plug on the cylinder head near the front most injector. I did it a while ago, so I don't remember the exact size, but I believe it was a M16x1.5 or something close to that. It was definitely not a tapered...

    Parts Help

Wenger's does have a ton of salvage parts of all makes, but some of the stuff they have is in rough shape. I'm fortunate enough to live 20 minutes from the place and always inspect before purchase. If something doesn't pan out, I drive 20 minutes in the other direction and head to Messicks...

It will be intersting to see what the inside looks like. Please post a pic of it when you get it off as I'm curious (and guessing others too) to see it from the inside.
