    B7200 3 point hitch control

Like Wolfman suggested, it might be in the "locked" position. Give it a couple spins CCW to see if that changes anything.

    B8200 pto

If my math is correct, 1830 engine RPM while on the 2nd PTO setting should yeild 540 RPM at the rear.

    B8200 pto

You're probably not going to know until you have a look internally. There isn't much external to the transmission that could be wrong if your engaging the high speed PTO without issue.

Need to replace original B7100 tires

You want the 6-ply. The 8 ply are for situations where they will be used for front tires on much larger machines. You will never overload 6-ply on a B7100. The machine is just too small. The 8 ply are also more difficult to mount and dismount.

    1990s B7100 mower deck

If he has a HST machine, then he’ll need a deck where the model number ends in a “H” denoting that it’s for a HST model which is powered from the mid PTO

Need to replace original B7100 tires

You can probably do the fronts on your own, but the rears should be mounted/dismounted on a machine, especially if they are 6-ply.

Need to replace original B7100 tires

6-12's / 8-16's are the correct combination for Ag tires for the B7100, so there are zero issues with lag/lead. Wow, would have never guessed the mileage! Almost find it hard to believe actually, haha. I have a 2UZ-FE powered 08 myself and love it. Patiently waiting for the 6th gen to be...

Need to replace original B7100 tires

You do indeed want 6-12's for the front and 8-16's for the rear. I run the Carlisle Farm Specialist R1's on one of my machines and think they are a great tire. The R1's will tear out grass under certain conditions, so they aren't the best choice for nice grass. Nice clean 3rd gen 4runner BTW!

Bad seal on brush hog gearbox?

Check the input shaft for excessive play. That will cause a seal to fail as well.

    Mower Gearbox service

That rubber-coated cover is removed by getting a small flathead screw driver underneth it and prying it up. Depending on how long it's been on there, it may be impossible to remove it without destroying it. You can fill it through there once the cap is removed.

    3 point chipper?

My guess is because most think it's a 100% matellic connection between the tractor's PTO and the chipper's flywheel, which is false. Most if not all now use a belt (similar to a car's timing belt) to isolate the two. They are no harder on the tractor than any other PTO attachment.

    Pulling logs

I run a Norwood Loghog and love it. Hauled many many logs with it. Good for large longs, not so good for many small logs at once. for that I use my 3P pallet forks.....

Adding hydraulic oil to Kubota B1750

I assume you have a loader or something that requires a hydraulic tank return. Someone has it plumed up that way using the full port. You can always fill it through the dipstick tube itself. Kind of a pain but doable.

Adding hydraulic oil to Kubota B1750

It's under the front portion of the operater seat next to the dipstick. A free .pdf copy of the manual is available for download over at kubotabooks.com

Tow strap recommendation for tree removal?

I've dropped two oaks leaning like the shagbark you're describing. If it's of decent size, you don't want your machine anywhere near it. Shagbarks are heavy. You think you might have enough machine to yank it down, but trees will always surprise you. You're best and safest bet is to put...

kubota b7200 hst transmission charge pump

You have two realistic options. The first would be to try and locate a slavage unit. They seem to selling for around 2K. The second option is rebuild yours. Assuming you don't have a cracked case or any broken "major parts", these units are fully rebuildable. The've been around a long time...

    3 point chipper?

I run a DR power 3-point chipper on my B7200 which has 14 PTO HP. I love it. There are no issues at all with only 14HP and the chipper is super portable. It will chew through 3'' diameter logs without hesitation. Anything bigger gets sawed up and sold as campfire wood. Something to keep in...

    L 4310 PTO Problems

Yup! It's very tempting to just engage the PTO without clutching. Especially when you’re off the machine and it's just idling. It's going to be an expensive fix thought if you're not doing the repair work yourself.

Check transmission fluid level thru window

Have someone drive it up a grade while your behind observing the window. If you have a loader, raising it will bring the level down, as well as raising the 3Pt hitch. More than likely it's low, so you'll have to bring the front end of the machine up to a point where you can spot the level in...

    speed control pedal on b6200

Since you're new to the machine, you may or may not be aware that there are two locations to control speed. The first is lever which you state is MIA. The second is on the right hand floor board. Both are circled in green. The two are connected by a rod (circled in red). Not sure if this...
