What would you pay LA211 loader?

LA211 is on or off my BX in under 2 minutes. It's a very easy job as long as you have a flat place to park the loader. You really won't find anything that's much simpler, although there are quick-attach buckets for some newer models... you drop the bucket, but leave the arms on the machine...

Relieving pressure in FEL hoses when disconnected from tractor

They are much more costly. I just bought some fittings and the flat face couplers were nearly 3x the cost of Pioneer-type couplers.

    good news on a B3350

Very sorry to hear that such problems continue. Sounds like a complex fix that puts a lot on the dealer's back. Hope Kub steps up and takes care of owners (and dealers) with such problems.

    BH 77 backhoe cylinder

Is the leak coming from one of the hose fittings or does it appear that the leak is at the cylinder rod itself? Make sure the fittings are tightly threaded. If it's at the cylinder rod, you may have an internal seal that is starting to go bad. A hydraulics shop can do a rebuild of such...

L6060 worth the cost over MX5800?

The L6060 is 6-8K more than the MX5800. While the chassis and engines are virtually the same, there are some significant performance differences that make the L6060 more tractor: the 3 point mechanism on the L6060 is significantly heavier duty, with lift capacity more than 650 lbs higher than...

LA764 loader and bucket? fair price

+1 to what Kenny said. That loader is for a bigger tractor. Even if you could jury rig a way of mounting it, it would be too heavy for the front end of your L2350. Better to look around until a more suitable loader shows up on Ebay, Craigs, etc., although it might take some time before...

    Bx2200 mower deck won't raise

Glad to hear it was that simple.

    MX4800 service

I've been doing oil changes for more than 50 years on all kinds of engines. Seldom have I ever seen an engine that required pouring in the stated "capacity" of the engine to bring the dipstick up to the mark. Actually, getting 8 out of 9 quarts into it seems pretty good to me. There is...

    Bx2200 mower deck won't raise

That's a good sign... the same hydraulic system raises and lowers both the rear 3 point arms and the mower deck. At least the problem would not seem to be internal to the transmission, where repairs would be difficult and expensive. There is a linkage mechanism going externally from the rear...

    BX25 w/MMM in a 5x10 dump trailer??

I've been using a 5 x 10 with my BX for quite a while. A couple of points: 1. Axle ratings may be an issue with a 5 x 10 dump trailer. 10 foot trailers are generally single axle units, with the typical axles rated for 3,000 or 3,500 lbs. My landscape type 5 x 10 has a 3,500 # axle that I...

    Rototiller slip clutch help

Slip clutches can get seized in place if they don't get "spun" periodically. Sort of like brake shoes that don't work right on a a car that has been sitting for too long. As Pat says, when that happens you need to loosen the springs enough so you can gently separate the clutch plates and then...

    2016 DPF issues fixed?

The DPF issues I read about were limited only to the B3350 and to my knowledge no other models have had any significant Tier IV problems. As I recall, the B3350 models had some kind of trouble with cold weather operation, not last winter but the previous one, for which there were some service...

    L3200 PTO won't disengage

Mine had the same problem years ago. There was something in how the cable was attached at the transmission that was not releasing properly. 5 minute fix; no problems since.

MX or L series for 11 acres?

The trees, stumps, rocks and clearing work, plus your other property point toward going larger, so the MX would get my vote. You'll definitely want the backhoe - or something with similar capabilities - for that kind of work. Lots of folks favor renting an excavator or full size TLB for such...

    BackHoe For L3301

It takes some serious metal fabrication skill to build a well engineered subframe. If you've got the skill, tools and time to do it, it can be done, but it's not a project for the inexperienced (I'm definitely in that category). I'd suggest you stop into a dealer and eyeball a factory...

    3pt Spreaders?

I used a 3 point spreader for several years and have also had several box store pull-behind spreaders over the years. No comparison. The 3 point runs off the pto rather than from the rolling of the tires on the little spreaders. Instead of a coverage pattern of several feet, a 3 point...

    BackHoe For L3301

The 4672A backhoe you've got pictured is an older Kubota 3 point model from about 1990-2003. That one pictured looks brand new, by the way. Here's a link to the installation manual for that BH: http://www.kubotabooks.com/AutoIndex/index.php?dir=Backhoes/ The 4672 was meant for the smaller B...

    L2900 PTO Wont Disengage

Be sure to rule out something in the external PTO control linkage that prevents disengaging the PTO. Had this happen on my L4610 when it was fairly new. Simple fix done by dealer when they installed the backhoe; has been fine ever since. Worth checking before tearing apart the GST.

    Kubota Model Number Advice ??

Don't think any of the L or B models ever had plastic body parts. There was one model of the little BX tractors that had plastic, but it was only out for a short while before Kub went back to all-metal on the BX like everything else.
