Anyone Here Ever Dealt With Bro-tek?

There is a link to the instructions right next to the picture. Those spacers bolt on with new lug bolts that come with the kit and go in the holes between the studs.. The wheel is mounted to the studs with lugnuts. Dan

L4610 HST no hydraulic pressure to the loader

The WSM can also be downloaded from Kubotabooks.com. it is divided into two separate files - Part 1 and Part 2. https://www.kubotabooks.com/AutoIndex/index.php?dir=Tractor%20Owners%20Manuals/&file=L3010%2CL3410%2CL3710%2CL4310%2CL4610%20WSM%20Part%201.pdf...

    Pipe thread puzzle

I found your diagrams in the WSM but zero explanation on what the Medusa Head does. Nothing on the Kubota parts site even remotely the same. Neither Kubota nor Messicks know what a B2530 is. What gives with the model number? Dan

    Pipe thread puzzle

The remote cinteol valve is double actibg as described in rhe WSM. But port (a) is connected ro an external outlet and port (b) appears to be connected to a tank return making it into a sungle acting vakve that would be used for something like a dump. trailer. The big mystery is what is the...

    Kubota M7060/LA1154 - loader unresponsive

As a first step move the loader valve to the float position. That should cause the bucket to drop pretty fast so be akert and stay clear. Might want to stop it when its a few feet off the ground and move it inside out of the weather if possible!!!

    Pipe thread puzzle

I am slowly catching on here. Where did you get this diagram? I have been through many Kubota diagrams and never seen anything like that. It is most unusual and the valve appears to be set up for a single acting cylinder - e.g. a dump trailer. Can you post a picturw or two of that thing on...

That lever does not control the outlet in your previous picture. You need some help understanding whats already on your tractor. Dan

Snowplow Operation Using Third Function Front End Remotes

I never said they are inappropriate - just unnecessary for most users. While you are consulting ask the Buyers engineers why they went with 3" SA angling cylinders on their Class 7 municipal and highway plows.

    Pipe thread puzzle

You cannot connect a cylinder to that outler block. You have to connect a control valve to the block and then connect the cylinder to the control valve. There is plenty of help available on hoq to do that if you ask. Dan

Snowplow Operation Using Third Function Front End Remotes

The opposing cylinder presents no load. The cylinder moment balance on a DA setup is better but nowhere close to equal. A typical push-pull ratio would be something like 4:1. You are also reducing the column load capacity of the cylinders by a lot. Angling cylinders on most everything up...

Snowplow Operation Using Third Function Front End Remotes

I have never figured out why you would want two double acting cylinders. Dan

L4610 HST no hydraulic pressure to the loader

Its amazing what you can learn by reading the owners manual 😀 https://www.kubotabooks.com/AutoIndex/index.php?dir=Tractor%20Owners%20Manuals/&file=L3010%20L3710%20L4310%20L4610%20Owners%20Manual.pdf Dan

Snowplow Operation Using Third Function Front End Remotes

That is a simple test and worth conducting. But the "fancy block" is actually quite simple and a very desirable option. You will find them on just about all qualty commercial plows sold today. They protect the plow assembly and control valves from the very real possibility of impact damage...

Snowplow Operation Using Third Function Front End Remotes

That is a double acting directional control valve not a diverter and will work fine with your plow. If you plumb the cushion valve as I diagramed and hook it to your third function outlets it should angle both leftv as nd right. If it does not there is a connectivity problem somewhere in the...

Snowplow Operation Using Third Function Front End Remotes

Yo If you want to get this working quit guessing. You need nothing but what is in that diagram. If you are using a diverter and the Kubota loader valve for the third function you will have a problem. Lets see a picture of your third function valve. Dan

Snowplow Operation Using Third Function Front End Remotes

The OP has a Meyer snowplow with an SSQA mount and the same opposed single acting angling cylinder setup that they have used for about 75 years. The angling system is used on a gadzillion truck plows and the hose routing is butt simple.

L4610 HST no hydraulic pressure to the loader

If no flow first thing I would check is to see if the selector valve on the hydraulic outlet block is in the loader position. If it is I would then verify the hose is connected to the pump port on the outlet block. Dan
