Well, after weeks of determining fitting threads, etc, I plumbed the cylinder into the rear hydraulic outlet, as depicted in the WSM. That didn't work. Digging deeper, I think that the rear outlet just provides one way pressure to an implement. (Second Pix). The first pix shows the flow from the aux valve, ( hose A to the cylinder),

but what I don't understand is where to tie in the other side of the cylinder.

You must have a Valve attached to that outlet block to run a cylinder.
It's not a controlled flow.

You cannot connect a cylinder to that outler block. You have to connect a control valve to the block and then connect the cylinder to the control valve.

There is plenty of help available on hoq to do that if you ask.

You cannot connect a cylinder to that outler block. You have to connect a control valve to the block and then connect the cylinder to the control valve.

There is plenty of help available on hoq to do that if you ask.

I don't know what hoq is.

That lever does not control the outlet in your previous picture. You need some help understanding whats already on your tractor.

I am slowly catching on here. Where did you get this diagram?

I have been through many Kubota diagrams and never seen anything like that. It is most unusual and the valve appears to be set up for a single acting cylinder - e.g. a dump trailer. Can you post a picturw or two of that thing on your tractor?

I get that the hydraulic outlet block gets a constant flow, (pressure), from the pump, (through the Aux control valve.
The installed lever I'm referring to, ( second post pix), controls/ actuates the Aux control valve, which is installed. I am attaching the diagram again to this post. I see that the Aux control valve directs pressure to line A when selected to one direction. I can't figure out where it directs pressure to when selected to the opposite direction to hook the other side of the cylinder to, B port on the colored diagram. In other words, where does B port on the second diagram, (Aux valve schematic), connect to? It now has a banjo fitting to the side of the hydraulic block as depicted.

The remote cinteol valve is double actibg as described in rhe WSM. But port (a) is connected ro an external outlet and port (b) appears to be connected to a tank return making it into a sungle acting vakve that would be used for something like a dump. trailer.

The big mystery is what is the purpose/function of all the other plumbing and the plate at the rear.

It appears you can make the existing valve double acting again by removing the return pipe, hooking in a second hose with outlet, and plugging the port where the banjo was connected.

But I would really like a better understanding of the purpose and function of the adapter manifold. Where did you find the parts diagram for it?

I found your diagrams in the WSM but zero explanation on what the Medusa Head does.

Nothing on the Kubota parts site even remotely the same. Neither Kubota nor Messicks know what a B2530 is. What gives with the model number?

I had to go back and reread the entire thread to get caught up. I now understand what you are trying to dop but we have multiple "outlet blocks in youtr dagram.

After considerable head scratching it appears the B port on the control valve is connected to the plug on the rear outl;et block that I have circked. The skimpy description describes it as impement return which makes no sense for a DA valve.

Now exactly where are you connecting your diverter?

I'm in the helicopter business. I have two of these 2530's, which came from a European operation that used them as tow tractors. Almost identical to a B2630.

Yesterday I made up a gauge and hooked it to the A port. Actuated the Aux valve lever and it pressurized to 2,200. The lever selected in the opposite direction had no pressure. I hooked it to the B port on the valve by removing the banjo fitting, and it produced pressure when the lever was selected in the opposite position as above. So I think I now know what I need to do. I'll update when I get a couple more fittings.

I'm in the helicopter business. I have two of these 2530's, which came from a European operation that used them as tow tractors. Almost identical to a B2630.

OK model number explained.

You have also confirmef the vslve is in fact DA. Did you connect the gauge to port B that I circled to see what pressure you get with the banjo connected?

Is that rear outlet assembly a bolt on to the "normal" set of pipes?
