    Darn mice are gnawing again

Hungry little buggers 😀 Didnt even wait for it to cool down. Think I have the temps for the new oven figured out but may need a few more tests to be sure..... Dan

    Snowblower chute rotation

You are making something simple complicated. Bucket raises and lowers tells you NOTHING about whats happening at the motor. Take the hoses off the motor and operate the controls to rotate the motor both directions. You should get oil flow from exactly one hose in one direction and the other...

    Snowblower chute rotation

First of all I was thinking electrical cintrol not mechanical. Are you using a third function valve? I looked at the Parts diagram and rotation is by a hydraulic motor. If you are using the bucket spool with a diverter you will get pressure on BOTH hoses and the motor will only rotate in one...

    Snowblower chute rotation

How can you have flow and no movement? Dan

    Snowblower chute rotation

Pop the hoses off the cylinder and see if youvare getting flow. My guess is the diverter is not diverting..... Dan

    M59 backhoe boom dead

I think uou need to run a few diagnostics before you start throwing parts. Based on the problem description I would be wondering about the port relief valves on the boom.... Dan

Do you know how to do the "Hurdy Gurdy"?

You are going to like your new lathe. Grizzly, PM, Birmingham, etc are all rebadged asian imports. The actual manufacturer varies by model and importer. Dan

    Hydraulic question

OK - found it. Loader Control System (LCS) ERGODRIVE Loader control valve by ALO. Thats a sophisticated device and above my pay grade. You might want to purchase and read this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/364996070411 Dan

    Hydraulic question

What sort of "issues" are you having with the control valve? Thats essential information for determinijg how and where to test it. I dont know what "open lcs " means. . Case and Massey often have closed center load sensing (CCLS) hydraulic systems. Can you provide a link to the parts diagrams...

Backhoe L-4530B is there an Updated valve body option out there???

Not that paricular valve but many of their other models. The hydraulic pump on your tractor produces 8.7 GPM max. OOPS - I see that hoe has a dedicated pump - either Cessna or Fenner. If the pump has a dataplate with model number we can lookup the size. Dan .

L3430 no power to Intellipanel, and no start

Get a circuit diagram, a test light/DVM and trace the power circuit. Usually pretty easy to find the point where power disappears. Dan

    Kabota 4200 hydraulic 'squeal'

Adjust the feedback rod NIWM illustrated. With engine running raise hitch to top. Loosen lock screw on the rod and adjust length until squeal stops. Dan

Need advice, rear hydraulics, top and tilt

Factory remotrs are certainly the best integrated. Looks like two OEM valves cost ~$1500. A third party kit will be as much if not more and if you roll your own from scratch you might save $700. Neither will be nearly as well integrated and many wind up being ugly warts. You are going to have...

    Hydraulic loss

Skinny fingers but stupid small and twitchy mobil keyboard. Add in auto-complete and auto-correct and you get symptoms of a stroke :devilish: Dan

    Kabota 4200 hydraulic 'squeal'

I dint know much about your tractor but you fill through the opening with the cap. It sounds like the squeal may be the pressure relief valve in the hydraulic system. We can work on that. Dan

    Kabota 4200 hydraulic 'squeal'

Correct the oil level but your "squeal" is probably unrelated. Dan

    Hydraulic loss

Put a drain pan under the loader hydrsaulic putlet block and trmove ths hose connected to the pump port . Set engine speed to idle, start the tractor, and you should immediately get a stream of oil out of the block. Shut the tractor off to prevent pumping the tractor dry. Of no oil the pump is...
