On my L3200 it is 10 Amps. I run my LED lights and my sprayer off of it without any problems. I guess you could put a higher amp fuse if necessary.

The engine cranking slowly has nothing to do with the glow plugs. If it starts, then the plugs are working properly. What weight oil are you using? If it is an HST, are you using SUDT2?

I also have a 5' KK BB that I keep my 26 gal sprayer on. I have never had any problem lifting 1,000 lbs with my 3 pt and yours is rated much higher than mine. The KK BB seems to support the weight just fine. Now I am not sure what would happen if the BB got caught on a non-movable object.
