The "Control Valve" determines how slow or fast that the 3pt lowers. Have you adjusted it to see if you can slow down or even stop it from sinking? If you have and it still drops that fast then it must be a hydraulic problem.

I had the same problem on my left front tire. My right tire has never went flat. I got some of the new slim that fills up to 1/4" hole and used it. That tire has not gone down since.

Depending on how many cuts I have to make, I use a cordless circular saw. It works fine with two large batteries. I also use 3" deck screws.

Another thing it could be is algae build up. I would add a little Biocide to it as well as the Power Service.
