You'll need to do a pressure test to find if it's a pressure problem or a failed clutch pack. Likely a clutch pack as Kubotatech wrote if everything else is ok. The intellapanel doesn't "know" if the pto is actually working. it just knows you've engaged the lever and the engine is running. Ed

Butch had the same problem with his B2410 about a year ago. You could look in the past posts to find how he resolved it. There is a kit from Kubota that redirects the return oil from the steering valve. Ed
