Anyone recognize this brand of snowblower?

It is a Kubota B2550 I think, The nylon ring is part number 70060-01357 available at your local Kubota dealership for less than 10 bucks. I have the same model blower except mine has the equipment for front mounting.

Skid shoes on BX5450 snoblower wore out; can I turn them around?

A piece from an old lawnmower blade works well welded onto the shoes and wears much longer than the original. Everyone has a lawnmower blade hanging around don't they?

4x4 lever Grand L 60 series is hard to engage / disengage

Make sure your tractor has the right tire combination installed. I had one a few years ago that had 12 inch front wheels installed where they should have been 10 inch,of course causing extreme binding because the lead ratio was way off. It isn't hard to get the wheels mixed up at the dealership...

    B7100 Engine Swap

Good luck with your project! I believe anything can be put into anything with enough determination. I once put a Mazda rotary engine into a Fiat X/19! I also put a pontiac 2.5 into an army jeep. Hell! Kubota just put a Cummins into a Fendt and call it a M8! There will be lots of challenges...

M6-111 boom mower gets hot and shuts off

Unless the PTO is slipping (Which it won't do for long!!) this looks like an implement problem, not a tractor problem.

    Kubota MX5200 no crank.

Re: Kubota 5200 no crank. I have ran into the E20 code twice on L tractors (the MX use the same ecu as the L) Both times it turned out that the ECU had failed and needed replacing. Also both times the battery had been run down and the owner used booster cables to try starting it. The ECU is...

    Kubota MX5200 no crank.

Re: Kubota 5200 no crank. When this code is set, Diagmaster must be connected to retrieve any past and or present DTC codes. Refer to the WSM 9Y11109741 for the DTC list of codes normally P0605 & P0606 are related to a Code 20. Also refer to the Diagnostic Manual 9Y11002421 for specific...

Brand new L2501 tie rod falls off

That drive assembly is installed at the dealership so they are responsible for not attaching it properly. Kubota ship them with that assemble off so they fit on a narrower crate and more tractors can be shipped in a container.

    Engine Stop Solenoid bx23s

I've always had a few customers who seemed like they could break a crowbar in a sandbox. I never could understand it either because it never looked like they were the type to be rough on equipment! I guess they were just unlucky and happened to buy the lemon. We sold hundreds of BX tractors...

    SVL90-2 help needed

The DPF is completely plugged, will require removal and cleaning then resetting using dealer owned software called Diagmaster. There isn't anything an owner can do at this point.

Just bought a GR2100 on ebay but now am worried

If the transmission is not leaking and the PTO works properly you have likely got a good machine. The GR2100 had some early issues but it is a very unique tractor and with proper care will give years of service. You MUST have those steering cables installed and adjusted properly though because...

    Replacing Bushing Front Axle Support

??????????????? Those "holders" are almost $1000 dollars each and the bushings are about $30 here in Canada ( not to mention, the holders aren't even available from Kubota)

Oil indicator light comes on and stays on

The oil pressure light is there to warn you if the engine has low oil pressure. I would assume it is working properly and check the oil pressure with a mechanical guage before I would assume it was just faulty. Making a mistake here could cost you the engine!
