Lift heavy robot, mate loader to tractor big bolt
finally nature power your solar to power your air compressor to lift your heavy robot
your big hydraulic lift can barely lift your robot up, it feel like loader on your tractor make it twice as heavy, all that thick steel
Get you under there in the dirt, put you big bolts everywhere, also put a glue on your bolts so they CANNOT come off or loosen up
work you this task with ease and calmness, moving slow, without mistake
clean you out your bolt and bolt hole with solvent, hit with air, cover your bolt with gasket maker, fasten it tight tight
You are deep under your tractor, your jaw is less than an inch away from a sharp thick bracket that will injure you for a week or more with one wrong move,
you have leverage bars trying to get your bolt holes to match, you are fully covered in dirt trying to get leverage
do this task right so you do not have to do it again, comprehend you how important it is, and give it as much time as each task require
get your largest drill bit, bore out some hole that would fit your 5/8 bolt
your finger took a big hit when your drill bit abruptly stop
use contraption laying around to line up bolt hole, nothing more humbling than spending 3 hours getting bolts lined up
llight on your feet, focus on one bolt at a time, take it out, brush it with solvent, glob gasket maker, fasten back in tight
front bracket bolts: some are loose still one is missing,
go through them as well with cleaning and gasket maker, try to find another bolt
The other side: imagining that each bolt hold your robot to your tractor with big might
There are two massive bolt on each side of rail holding your loader to your tractor
you could not get to them, you need to: Move your tractor forward, engage hydraulics, use you your 3 point and your loader to get your tractor off the ground, put you block structure,
then you can fit under there and reach those massive bolts
@Lil Foot
ok yes i liisten, yall are saying:
"gasket maker will not hold a bolt tight"
ok get you some goodies: needed cut off disc, got permament thread locker if your current bolts dont hold, got more gasket maker, got a big pipe wrench in case you need to rebuild the cylinder, and some other glues to experiment with keeping bolts tight, and a new brush for your solvent
@Henro
yes thank you for saying that, i forget how lucky i am to be working on my robot almost near christmas outdoor on the floor
ok fasten you the rest of your bolts, slap you some glue on them, try to find a bolt to fit inside that missing bolt hole, move tractor forward, use hydraulics so robot can lift itself up, fasten and glue those last 2 big bolts hold the rear axle to loader
