Unreal those old Kubota tractors that all this abuse cannot kill them. I am really impressed. Top quality machines.

L295DT changes your realm, stop and fix your loader

20241208_140001.jpg

Your realm change forever when diesel engine come to life

But there are tons of things to fix

20241207_015421.jpg

Halfway through shaping a half mile road, your hydraulics lock because you put RTV and now its in the system, @North Idaho Wolfman was correct again

20241208_135756.jpg

The cylinders that you wasted all that energy on, are still leaking, both bucket cylinder

20241208_135809.jpg

Front frame of your loader, your 45 year old loader crack the frame and is flexing hard

Do you a major magic trick and make it all one entity

20241208_135901.jpg

Your cheap small bolts could not stand the force of your machine shaping your realm, you busted almost all the bolts that hold your loader to your machine

20241208_135922.jpg

There might be one bolt left barely hanging on, from your hours and hours of earth carving, diesel engine magically making you power

20241208_140354.jpg

Another magic trick: you busted the rod that hold your FEL valve to your loader, you need to do another magic trick

20241208_135744.jpg

Your not playing with the small bolt no more, you are serious about mounting your loader to your machine and churning your realm until it is plane,

got you tons of 5/8 and 3/4 bolt with washer, you fixing to mate your loader to your machine with INTENT

Put this machine next to any skid loader that you ran before, and you will always hop on L295DT

Stop your ramblin and articulate the task:

Open you up those two leaking cylinders, seal them again with more effort

Lift up your tractor, and get you massive bolts mounting the two entities

Then do you one massive magic trick and one smaller magic trick, capture it on video so they get their receipt

20241208_152536.jpg

Take off your failed seal on your cylinder,
20241208_163934.jpg

clean you out the area with solvent then compress air, files, wire wheel front facing

seal your hydraulic cylinder, mount your loader to your tractor with big bolt

20241208_165528.jpg

try to seal it again, if it dont work, get you the proper seal

You got underneath your tractor and noticed all the bolt are either busted off completely or loose

You couldn't lift your tractor up because you don't have electricity and your cheap jack can't lift up that big heavy robot now

you cant even stand you are covered in mud

Time for a smoked fatty and reassess the situation.
At least order some seal kits for the cylinders while you are waiting out the rain.

I lost count how many times what has been washed, blowed, glued and tattooed. Plus speaking in first person, secound and third person makes it difficult for me to keep up with who's washing and who's hanging out.

Don't worry, you will probably get to see it all again in the future.

At this stage, my chief question is how we got here vs. "patch the hole in the block with JB weld and RTV and call it good"? I'm not even certain that such a "solution" would've been worse than where we're at now.

Lift heavy robot, mate loader to tractor big bolt

20241210_133822.jpg

finally nature power your solar to power your air compressor to lift your heavy robot

your big hydraulic lift can barely lift your robot up, it feel like loader on your tractor make it twice as heavy, all that thick steel

Get you under there in the dirt, put you big bolts everywhere, also put a glue on your bolts so they CANNOT come off or loosen up

work you this task with ease and calmness, moving slow, without mistake

20241210_142407.jpg

clean you out your bolt and bolt hole with solvent, hit with air, cover your bolt with gasket maker, fasten it tight tight

20241210_144512.jpg

You are deep under your tractor, your jaw is less than an inch away from a sharp thick bracket that will injure you for a week or more with one wrong move,

you have leverage bars trying to get your bolt holes to match, you are fully covered in dirt trying to get leverage

do this task right so you do not have to do it again, comprehend you how important it is, and give it as much time as each task require

20241210_154906.jpg

get your largest drill bit, bore out some hole that would fit your 5/8 bolt

your finger took a big hit when your drill bit abruptly stop

20241210_171030.jpg

use contraption laying around to line up bolt hole, nothing more humbling than spending 3 hours getting bolts lined up

20241210_181354.jpg

llight on your feet, focus on one bolt at a time, take it out, brush it with solvent, glob gasket maker, fasten back in tight

20241210_181412.jpg

front bracket bolts: some are loose still one is missing,

go through them as well with cleaning and gasket maker, try to find another bolt

20241210_181427.jpg

The other side: imagining that each bolt hold your robot to your tractor with big might

20241210_181435.jpg

There are two massive bolt on each side of rail holding your loader to your tractor

you could not get to them, you need to: Move your tractor forward, engage hydraulics, use you your 3 point and your loader to get your tractor off the ground, put you block structure,

then you can fit under there and reach those massive bolts

@Lil Foot

ok yes i liisten, yall are saying:

"gasket maker will not hold a bolt tight"

20241210_202313.jpg

ok get you some goodies: needed cut off disc, got permament thread locker if your current bolts dont hold, got more gasket maker, got a big pipe wrench in case you need to rebuild the cylinder, and some other glues to experiment with keeping bolts tight, and a new brush for your solvent

@Henro

yes thank you for saying that, i forget how lucky i am to be working on my robot almost near christmas outdoor on the floor

ok fasten you the rest of your bolts, slap you some glue on them, try to find a bolt to fit inside that missing bolt hole, move tractor forward, use hydraulics so robot can lift itself up, fasten and glue those last 2 big bolts hold the rear axle to loader

Just thinking after reading your post Joe.

Seems to still be warm there. Warm dirt is more comfortable to lay on than cold concrete or frozen earth.

Joe, I think you are in heaven!

At this stage, my chief question is how we got here...
It is clearly the natural evolution in the realm where Joe exists. Nothing unexpected about it at all...

I don't think I personally have ever been there, but I CAN relate...
