    Chevy Guys

Chevy has a blend door motor w/plastic gears. If you hear a clicking sound when you start your truck that's what is bad. I've read they're fairly easy to get at and change although I've never done it.

    BX fuel tank

Is it possible or impossible, to access the sending unit on the BX2230 to replace the gasket by removing the plastic cover/cup holder on the left fender? I've always wondered if there would be an easier way to get at it other then removing the fender.

Gear Box Lub on Kubota Belly Mower

Go get some synthetic gear grease from Wally world or a auto part store. One bottle will do several change outs.

    removing blades from the deck

I must be pretty lucky because I'll change them before I mount the deck and just touch them up with a file from time to time. I don't have to worry about rocks & such because I found them years ago. :D If I had to change mine out mid summer, I'd just pull the deck. Not that big of a deal.

BX2230 Engine Operating Temperature, Temp Gauge Indication

Mines like yours, always on the low side. I replaced the thermostat thinking that was the problem, but it's still the same. Never gets above 1/4 on gauge. I've been wondering if the sending unit was bad? I checked mine with an IR gun and if I recall, it was reading in the 170's I think. I'll...

    Motorcycle riders, Step-in.

I started with a Cushman Eagle when I was a kid. Then I put the two wheelers away while I was busy with family and a career. Got back into it in '79 with a Suzuki 550GL, then went to a full dress Harley, and finally now a 880 Sportster with 1200 jugs on it. My friends & I used to trailer the...

    Guess who just got captured???

I'm surprised that between the talk shows and T times, he actually found time in his busy schedule to comment on this.

You'll get a cholesterol hit out of a lot more foods then an occasional meal with spam.

    Spam recipes?

My late father loved spam. He said that was what helped us win WWII. Since he was 2nd wave on Normandy, I have to believe him. Hawaii is where spam is king. They love it out there and have 100 ways to prepare it.

    BX5450 Snowthrower (w/pics)

I got my new 5450 about a month ago and don't have the problems you've encountered, interesting. Put some grease on top & bottom sides of contact points on male quick hitch and blower slides right on. Don't forget to grease the square drive shaft on quick hitch also.

That's when you shout obscenities as you pass each other. Like "scr** you"..... and get a reply "scr** you too!"

    Camper's question

They do make some newer units called Duel Fuel that can do what your asking, but I can't say if the old units can. On Coleman's web site you can ask that question to a tech and get the correct answer instead of relying on others opinion.

Your right, every now and then a tough one comes along. I do re-read my posts to see if they make sense before I post them. :)

    BX 5450 Blower

Well I went and picked up my new snow blower this morning and have it installed & ready to go. Other than the repositioning of the skid shoes and blunt scraper bar, there isn't a whole lot of major changes that I can see right now. My old unit is at the dealers to be sold. They didn't want to...
