    First of all, Hello and Welcome. Secondly i'm sorry to say that I dont have a B7500 to help you out with those measurements. I have a B7100 but they are about 10-12 inches shorter wheelbase same height tires althought a slight bit wider. Surely someone will be by in a few min. that can help.

    Will a B7100have any trouble with a 5' finish mower

    With my 60" Woods mower I have cut fields of grass that stood a foot over the hood. Just gotta keep the blades sharp if you plan on doing that very often. keep your maintenance up, grease, good properly tensioned belt, sharpen and you'll be very happy and it will be too! Glad it worked out for you.

    As for the hood, if it was me I would build a grill shell I liked first. Then it would be much easier to go from grill to dash and then build side panels. you could make the hood hinge at the top of the grill shell or at the bottom as factory does. its up to you. when building a custom anything...

    Anyone seen this canopy before??

    I havent gotten it yet. I cant find any firsthand experience with it. it looks to be rigid yet flexible. thickness to me looks to be better than most on the market. I just didnt want to be the guinea pig.
