    Getting rid of BAMBOO

Yes it would, unless the OP desired to replant the area this year. If I was inclined to spray bamboo i would use "crossbow." While similar, it is designed for more bushy shrub undergrowth instead of grasses.

product made to clean fuel tank?

Me too, but i'm not sure about tank interiors unless a sealer is used. Will the iron phosphate/diesel combination precipitate any sediment? chemistry never was a strong suite with me.

    B7100 Not Starting

When you do run that ball hone, use a heavy duty drill. Just because it'll chuck in a light 1/2" drill doesn't make it the right tool. A heavy drill won't bog down and also helps with your fatigue too. I alway like to use one with an accessory handle on the opposite side, using like your lifting...

How do you chain down your tractor

Would seem so but each state can and does enact their own laws. Also it's those state vehical enforcement officers that patrol the highways not federal agents. All in all it boils down to this, everyone should check and be responsible to follow statues of their own local and to move equipment...

    Getting rid of BAMBOO

dozer would be best!! but seriously, that stuff spreads by the root growth and will grow through anything short of solid rock. It can even split that! I would think dug out and then sprayed too. really hard to get rid of some of the varieties.
