Installed the new radiator hoses and the "missing" right side fan belt guard. The fan belt guard came in a plastic bag with an interesting logo on it..... I have never seen this logo before, wondering if any one has any info on it? Also painted the fuel tank, steering column cover, pedals...

I will give that a try, but I was thinking more along the lines of removal, then I could (cost dependent) have them re-chromed.

So, I have been sitting here quietly in the background watching this process, and wondering, rust = good, paint = better, how about rusty chrome? The rear fender handles are something I have been wondering how to "fix"? Any thoughts?

Started reassembling some of the ancillary engine components, still waiting on radiator hoses and a few clamps.... AND disassembled and cleaned the brake and clutch mechanisms. Moving along, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I am a little concerned and a little confused? My transmission input shaft, both the Old and New, Do Not go into the flywheel. There is only about 5/16" of material that could go into the "non-existant" pilot bearing. And the hole in the flywheel is too small to accept even the shaft only, even...
