Acceptable wear limits on BH76 Pivots?

I have about the same hours on mine...nothing like that play. Mine are greased everyday before I use it...nice and tight. I probably over grease mine...but I figure it is cheap easy insurance... Maybe ask the dealer you got thehoe from...sounds like you got a problem...

bent hydraulic ram on woods backhoe

The only thing I can figure...is that the hyd cylinder is made from cheap(er) or thinner materials. There is no way that should bend...unless it was weakened before you got it...or the damage from the first bend and fix simply weakened it too.. I have the BH 76 frame mount...and I absolutely...

    BH77 boom cylinder droops

On occassion I have the same dropping while operating problem. I figured out that a speck of contaminant like a paint chip or metal shaving can work its way through the hydraulic system. They lodge in the valves...and sometimes they work their way through. I have had it happen three...

My take on a Back Hoe Trailer Hitch

Also watch that it doesn't create torque that could problems with the joints... If it works for you...that is all that matters... Clean everything to clean bare metal for the best welds...and practice, practice , practice. Cut some of your welds in half to check penetration...

    Questions about a Kubota L2800??

Something is not right. Look at the wear of paint on the floorboard...that is way more wear than couple hundred hours... You say the tires are torn up...that paint has been worn...the 3 pt is jerky...hmmmm.... Unless this guy ran it in gravel or on ac alot...and had rock in his shoes...

    Questions about a Kubota L2800??

I got this one in 2009. Here in Kalifornia, you can buy harvest returns for about 9-10k. This one had 135 hours...and when I got it...bought the BH76 and loader too. Dealers threw in the full service and loaded tires. I have not had one thing go wrong or to bitch about. I have also noticed...

    Rotating the seat on L3901

I did this with my L2800 and BH 76. I fabbed up the mount and bought a new seat that would fit. Bought a swivel for a tractor seat for about 150 bucks...got a slide mounted so I could get it to adjust it after the turn...and it just wasn't an easy enough process after all the swivel...

Adding 3rd function valve to FEL and BH

This is how I installed my thumb...I use that thing almost every time I am on the tractor. Bought it with the manual...figured out fast that was a hassle...installed this and the rear remotes for thumb and TnT for box blade... I was going to install the front grapple set up with third...

    L2800 oil leak, seal replacement

I have the same tractor...and would be interested in that part number for the dipstick instead of that site glass. I have always hated that thing...and might just avoid the leak by swaping out. Thanks.
