Given the short time you've owned it and its ongoing issues I would demand a new machine as yours appears to be a lemon with electrical gremlins the dealer cant find. If the dealer won't do it reach out to KTAC or start contacting corporate until you get a resolution.

Check all your grounds and power connection to the starter. Make sure they are all clean as your response seems to imply this situation has gone on through a couple of different batteries.

I was sent the incorrect shop manual and have no need for it. Its for the BX1860, BX2360 and BX2660. It also includes theLA203 and LA243 loaders and 48", 54" & 60" MMM. Just pay shipping.

My first instinct would be the battery is on its way out. Take it out and have it tested.

Got to experience my first flat tire. Found an old rusty nail sticking out of the front tire. Took it to Kubota this morning and they fixed it in 15 minutes. Didn't have patches in stock so filled it with leak seal and shes good as new. Will look into foam filling the fronts this winter.

Thanks for the info, didn't even know it was there. The cut in the rubber mat on my BX was so good I could barely see it was a cutout. After clearing away all the dirt and grass clippings I gave it some grease.

Does the 3-point linkage move or is it also hung up?

Got to use my new 3-point forks moving hay last night. So much easier than stacking them in the bucket and on the loader arms. Now to put some castors on a couple of pallets and they will just roll into the shed.

I think that is the connector for the land pride 3rd function kit BX2412. Its actually more of a diverter than a true 3rd function.

I do like the LX, but it may be more tractor than my 5 acres needs. I was more interested in the increased lifting capacity for round bales.

Enjoy the new tractor. Nice that you found one with a loader. The Kubota dealer by me cant get loaders and says there is a year or more wait for them. I wouldn't mind upgrading to a B, but won't go without a loader for a year or more.

I used a putty knife to get the big clumps than pressure wash what evers left. I only do it a few times a season though.
