I have the 1x4 on my BX1880 and the only time it leaks is when I have a hose get loose and if I lift the front end off the ground so I can work under the tractor. Otherwise its been great and I take my loader off every weekend to mow.

I am looking to add one to my BX1880 in the future. Does the tooth bar affect the removal of the loader? I take the loader off every week to mow and then its back on. I hate to damage the bar in the process.

Look for a small flap in the floor mat by the pedal hinge point. Lift it clean out the debris and the grease fitting is there.

Little BX earned its weight in diesel this weekend. Spent several hours a day cleaning this up. Looks like some sort of insect damage as there are small holes all over the thing. Got it cut up and dumped in the woods. Those 3pt forks really came in handy.

Still waiting to hear back from KTAC. Dealer had me take pictures of the damage instead of dragging the machine to them to do the same thing.

I would say it depends on how comfortable you are wrenching. I have a BX1880 and have done all of my own servicing, but I am very comfortable working on vehicles.

Went to dealer and they needed me to call KTAC to start the process and get a claims number. Have that and they are starting the process. Will pick up on Friday and evaluate the damage and report back to KTAC. Then the waiting game begins.
