    What's cookin' boys?

“Fun food Saturday” was meatball subs with mozzarella sticks from the air fryer. A submarine sandwich is known as a hero in other places. Along with a bar/restaurant and catering business, I used to run a sub shop for my employer 35 years ago. I didn’t make the sticks or the sub rolls.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Geez I hate to say it, but blower is ready to go. Also put my LED work lights on. The LED’s need to be removable, or I’d rip them off mowing.

Power Service Diesel Conditioner Mix Ratio

William - exactly what I use in cold weather. Use silver bottle summer season. I started using the biocide routinely a couple years ago also as there seemed to be a lot of folks having issues.

Power Service Diesel Conditioner Mix Ratio

William - I'm not very strict with my measurements for either the PS or the PS Biocleen. As a former bartender, I give the PS a short shot, and halve that (or less) for the Biocleen. Trust me not the ideal, but it's worked so far..... While overdosing the fuel isn't good, I don't think a...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

My homemade extended UHMWP shoes are holding up great. Still dirty from last season.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Without much loader work to do, going straight to the snowblower after the mower was taken off. Put front hitch on and serviced the blower.... grease job, chain adjustment and changed oil in gearbox.

Wowzer, talk about markup on OEM Kubota parts

I condition this as I've never bought from them. I've always considered Rock Auto as a low-end/knock-off, etc. auto parts supplier. I don't buy auto parts online often, but tend to stay away from Rock Auto for some reason. Maybe it's their real hokey (no offense, T. :)) TV ads. Thinking...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Put the steel on, as my father would say. Better to do it at 60 degrees than 30.... Probably service the blower and hook it up shortly. Don’t have much dirt work to do with the loader. Surprises me at how much the chains have stretched over the years. Often asked this time of year...I do NOT...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Wow, interesting limits..... with just a 100’ separation, it’s odd that both can’t exist on a lot less than 5 acres. In New Yorkistan, for some types of sewage systems such as dry wells, minimum separation is 150 or 200’ to a well; 100' is allowable for conventional leach fields with normal...

    BX2380 Garage Parking Tight Spaces

Following Henro’s thought....even a 2x4 or 2x6 box or stool would keep it off the step and even it out. Just make it to fit between the shoes....e.g. 30” wide x 4 or 5” tall.

    BX2380 Garage Parking Tight Spaces

Welcome to OTT! That’s fine, and better than leaving it elevated. Leaving it up is not only hard on the seals of the loader, but is a serious safety issue. Guessing with the shoes on the bucket you’re using it for snow?

Picture of your tractor on your trailer

Definitely not a Kubota and not my trailer.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Did a drain/flush/fill of the coolant on my BX. Just pulled the lower radiator hose off, as well as the bottom hose of the overflow tank. Made a mess, which I cleaned up before the Boxer got into it.

    Grand L6060 Oil Change

Much smaller tractor, but I do my BX every year with about 50 hours. As I was doing other services, that should have been today, if I had a filter......GRRR... A tractor used commercially can easily have 1,000 hours operation time per year. Most of us don’t do that, so every year or two makes...

    Other Tractors We Own

Many of us own one or many tractors other than Kubota(s). Kind of tucked away in Off Topic, hopefully this is a good spot to make mention of your non-Kubota tractor without taking away from the OTT’s mission. Three or four years in the making, this is my “other tractor,” a 1952 or ‘53-ish...

    removing steering wheel

I laugh about this thread a little.....couple years ago was up in the woods in a real steep spot and my steering wheel came off the shaft in my hands..... Trust me, remote control or drive by wire didn’t work, as much as I worked the wheel for a couple seconds.....😳 I probably looked...

    b2650 tire chains help

You need spacers if there’s not enough room between tire and wheelwell. Others with L’s will have a better idea than me. My 2-link are indeed every two links.....maybe it’s a “stock” picture? Either way, it’s better than 4-link. Unless things get to where you can’t steer, I’m thinking on a...
