    Does the fuel shut off solenoid click when key is switched to the On position? If not check your fuses and safety switches.

    Check both heater hoses at the bottom of the cab and see if the are hot. I have found a couple that the heater hose water vavle is not shutting off. The heater will over power the AC.

    I just did 3 on a deck Thursday, I use a medium size snap ring pliers. Easy to remove and replace the retainers with them.

    In a lot of the Kubota L & M series tractors the rear axle seal is installed with the spring away from the oil. Over my 35 years as a Tech on tractors-farm implements, I have ran into many oil seals that the correct installation is with the spring away from the oil. Never assume, always check.

    The Tachometer with hour-meter assemble is available for that unit rather than replace the entire dash. Check your Tachometer cable also, I replace it when replacing Tach.

    Use a pry bar under the lip of the seal, they pop out easily. There is a snap ring below the bearing to hold it in place. Remove the snap ring and tap bearing out of the bottom of the holder.     First tractor, not the first problem

    Your latch for the disconnect to extend the Right side lift arm is probably not latched. Take the Rotary Cutter off of the tractor and see if the end can be moved in and out. When moved in, it should latch into place. They may just need cleaned and lubed or the latch repaired.

    Check the suction hose at your hydraulic pump, very common for them to crack and suck air. Very seldom does it show up by leaking oil so it goes unnoticed until steering suffers.

    Your PTO clutch needs adjusted. I am thinking it shows how in your Operators Manual.

    I am thinking that your steering dampener has failed. Easily replaceable. If you look closely you will probably find the failed one is leaking oil around the shaft.

    Is this a gear drive or hydro transmission tractor? If it is a Hydro, adjust your hydro pedal safety switch.

    It is impossible to install all the flywheel bolts when the flywheel is out of position. There will always be at least two bolts where the holes will not line up.
