    BH 76 vs BH77

I measure the bucket pin diameter at right around an inch. The top BH mounting pins (to subframe) are 1-1/4". Perhaps you can check the parts diagrams for both models to see if the subframes/buckets are the same. I do think that a bucket swap would work. I have very limited use on the BH77...

Using mower deck with box scraper on the Bx2680

I think that is correct. They can't be operated independently.

    buying a box scraper

I just purchased the 60" from everything attachments. It appears to be a very well made unit and they actually painted it orange for me for a slight fee. Honestly, it's just been too wet here to use it but from a build perspective, it appears to be quite heavy duty. The cost was substantially...

Kubota price differences? 2601 vs 2650

Pricing will vary according to your location. When I priced them, the B2650 ran approx $1500-$1700 or so more than B2601. There was not a significant cost difference (IMO) between the two. Since I was moving up from a BX series, the '01 series didn't appear to be that much different in size to...

    FEL and mowing...

I always removed the FEL to mow. It only takes a few mins to do so and is much more maneuverable without the fel when mowing.

    new b2650

That's reasonable. Mine purchased in December was $25,082. That was with the 60" bucket and 16" backhoe bucket. The above didn't include the mechanical thumb either. I'm also in eastern PA. Got pricing from 4 local dealers. The one that I actually purchased from no longer sells Kubota.

    Gator blades for BX1880

I used gator blades on my old BX23 (RCK60-22BX deck) and they worked great. I did have to use a spacer (bushing) because of the odd shaft size. I believe I cut my own. In any event, they were very good blades and produced a quality cut. I can't remember what what gator number they were.

Anyone ever heard of "Value Leader" backhoe?

Right, like I said, I would not recommend any 3pt mounted backhoe. See this recently added video...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LjWzj1MFHs4

    My BX23S Build

Industrials aren't the best for snow traction, but work ok...turfs are better in snow. I had Bar tread tires on my old BX23 an it mowed fine and were decent in the snow. Regarding the 16" BH bucket, I think that's a bit large for your unit. I had a 12" on my old BX23 (2006 model) and it worked...

Anyone ever heard of "Value Leader" backhoe?

three point mounted BH are sketchy in my opinion. I wouldn't do it. That unit says it weighs 750 lbs plus. Kubota BH's for the BX series are somewhere in the 600 lb range and the 4 point mounts/subframe are much more durable. There are many other viable options for trenching for conduit. I'd...

    Titan pallet forks

I don't disagree with you. I was only trying to provide the OP with my experience with the equipment. I did purchase a bucket clamp on style hitch from them and it was of very nice quality.

    Titan pallet forks

I have the same set. No problems with them. The forks are quite heavy. The receiver is quite handy (I wanted this style to move boats/trailers around. They work great). I was hoping to find a receiver mounted plow as well. I think for the money, they can't be beat...Just beware that the welds...

You tube, Outdoors with the Morgans.

I don't think the RK (Rural King) brand tractors he has and is receiving are being purchased, but, rather RK is "donating" several machines for him to use over a two year period as a marketing strategy. He mentioned that RK is bringing several different sized machines over the next two years.
