I am a Newbie here, waiting for delivery of my new BX2680. I would like to know if when raising and lowering the mower deck, does the 3 point hitch go up and down with the mower deck. If they do go up and down accordingly, I have to disconnect the box scraper before mowing. This is a Great Forum. Thanks

I think that is correct. They can't be operated independently.

Everything works off the same arms,, so you can lock everything up or not,, but they cannot be locked separate... My bad you can lock the mower deck in the up position but not the 3 point. Of course you can take the box blade off when your not using it,, takes 3 min

There’s a holder plate you can attach one of the lower lift arms to keep the 3 point raised.

Sure - no problem. I knew I remembered seeing it in the manual someplace.

This is an update from my first post on 03-10-18. I have the mower deck along with box scraper, Front Loader all attached. Worked the garden today with all three on !!! At the advice of my wife, I read the manual, now problem is solved. The manual states to raise mower deck, turn height knob to TOP Position, then set rollers to lowest hole. I removed the rollers (I'm glad I did, bottom of deck did scrape). I sure hope this helps someone out there in the future. I have some Tractor Porn to show it works along, with what did you do with your Kubota today. Great Forum for us new people.

You just helped me!!! I was wondering if I could use the box blade without removing the mower. I'll give it a try, I just got my B2650 delivered last night in the rain and haven't got to play on it yet. I was a little surprised when I saw that the 3-point and mower raised all together. A typical Newbie....

Thanks!!

OK, I give up. Where is the height knob that I turn to "TOP"? I cannot get my mower to stay up when I use the box blade. When the blade goes down the mower deck goes down. I would be on the mower wheels to use the box blade. What am I missing?

Sorry, but somehow I read that you had a 2650, my bad. Funny thing is, I figured it out tonight. I needed a second person to run the hydraulics while I looked at how it functioned. The 2650’s have a couple of places on the front of the deck that you can pin the deck up and use the box blade as normal. I will most likely do a video and start a post for this. I contacted 7 different dealers that said there is no way to do this on a 2650. I’m glad I didn’t listen to them and kept trying to figure it out. Sorry for the confusion, I need to use a computer rather than my phone to read these posts.
