    BX2200 Won't Start

Is the fuel cutoff solenoid operating properly? Is it a two or three wire solenoid, the three wire has start and run contacts. Is fuel getting to the top of the injectors? Did you set the valves correctly? Also are all of the glow plugs operational?

    BX2200 Won't Start

When it did run was it running normally? Do you have good fuel? Have you done a compression prior to starting the engine? Were the cylinders in good condition when you pulled the bad head?

    Farthest You’ve Driven

Picking up equipment for me usually turn into a road trip and I spend more money on meals, side of the road stands and as long as I'm pulling a trailer, I might as well buy extra stuff to put on it. The money I "saved" usually cost me a lot more, especially if it's a used piece of equipment that...

    Bent bolt

Is there a similar bolt on the left side, if so is it also bending? Is the bolt a handle to release the FEL stand and facing the wrong way? It's odd that the metal isn't coated!

    M7-151 A/C question

To run the compressor for 10 minutes, I assume you put 12 volts to the compressor clutch. With100/100#'s you're not moving any gas. Check the wiring diagram and see what other safeties or operating controls is not allowing the clutch to pull in. Changing the filter dryer isn't going to do any...

    M7-151 A/C question

Anytime a system is open, it's good practice to change the filter dryer. With 100# suction the low pressure switch should be made and allow the compressor to come on, although briefly. when it cuts out and the system is equalizing is there a temperature / pressure difference across the filter...

    Pre barn work

Observation, every project has financial constraints, do your best to make the barn/shop/shed/garage as large as possible or at least allow for expansion. On all of the various forums I visit, I've never head anyone complain about having too much room! Enclosure's such as you're getting ready to...

    M7-151 A/C question

I'm not familiar with that tractor but if you at 100/100 with the compressor running then the new compressor may be bad. When replacing the compressor was the system properly flushed ( some condensers can't be properly flushed), was the dryer filter changed, was the correct amount and type of...

Help on clutch install on a L3130

As always do as you feel is best. I not familiar with you tractor but when reattaching these type of components alignment is very critical. I'd suggest making multiple pilot studs of the correct size in order to guild the parts together. It's not good practice to use bolts to pull it in which...

    Implement freight fees

Seems like the dealership would have been more up front with additional costs, at the time the order was placed. This makes for the beginning of a bad dealer/customer relationship. Good luck

Extend trailer parking area near shed

A drawing or pictures would be helpful. "5-6 foot of difference in slope and level" sounds like you're on the side hill, pending length and width, it will require a lot of fill. With that elevation difference I believe you'll need muck some of what's there so as to tie the new fill so it doesn't...

Retired my 5 gallon fuel cans

I like it! Is there a bottom drain on the tank? I'd suggest a fused polarized connector mounted on each piece of equipment that requires diesel. the mounted connector could be used as additional 12 source i.e. portable air compressor, lights, etc.
