    Recommendations for a tiller?

Pending the area to be worked, I'd consider adding select fill where needed then use a subsoiler to break it up (insure there are no underground utilities) Then search for a contractor that does house pads and has a skid steer mounted hydraulic power rake, multiple passes will level it out...

    HYDRO FILTER CHANGE

Not sure if you have a FEL but when I needed to change fluid filters on my MX5100, I lifted the front end with the FEL ,put blocks under the front wheels, had brakes on and lost just a little when replacing filters.

    M59 as a Homestead builder?

Based on your post, I assume that with purchasing land, tractor and other equipment and not growing your own food you have a good source of income. Homesteading is not a cheap endeavor, put a pencil to it. Large purchases are one thing, the smaller things can add up i.e. chain saws...

    Portable Gen set

I believe that PTO generators have their place. With today's sophisticated home electronics a stand alone unit provides more stable voltage / cycles. It usually comes down to money but a low speed (1200/1800) diesel water or air cooled in the 10 to 15 KW range is very fuel efficient and long...

B7001e Just refuses to start !

+1 on the compression test and confirming the operation of the glow plugs. When you say "fuel is also getting through" Do you mean the entire fuel circuit, from tank to the top of the injectors?

    B2100 Almost Impossible to Start

Glowing red that's one sure way to prove (LOL), ohm meters work very well and you have the specs. to go by. Don't leave them energized too long they'll burn up. Cranking 3-5 minutes will surly test the battery not only are you damaging the starter but the glow pugs are cooking (at least two)...

    B2100 Almost Impossible to Start

I believe it's easier to do a compression test using the glow plug holes, if you pull the injectors there's sealing rings and heat cups to deal with. I'd suggest pulling the glow plugs (measure ohms) and measure the diameter, pitch and length, then purchase the correct size which may come in a...

    B2100 Almost Impossible to Start

As always do as you feel is best. I'd have the battery load checked. Perform a good compression test. Test each glow separately.

    Oil dain bolt

I would try as others have said. As always do as you feel is best but I'd have a new drain plug and sealing ring in hand before removing. If the previous owner, over tightened the drain plug he probably overtightened the other drains i.e. transmission and final drive, you may want to just break...

    L48 start problems

You really need a wiring diagram. I don't recommend jumping out safeties but if I was in dire need, I'd do what's ever necessary to take care of business then fix the problem.

    L48 start problems

Are you sure that the battery connections are clean and tight? Are you getting a full 12 volts to the solenoid start terminal? If you have a woven ground strap connect one of your jumper cables (not wire) from the negative post to a good/clean engine ground. Also did you try jumping straight...

    B6000 radiator ??

Because of age sourcing a new one might be difficult, if there's a radiator repair shop in your area, and there something to work with top/bottom tanks and core, I'd suggest giving that a try. As always do as you feel is best.
