When purchasing a new tractor, should there be warranty papers showing date of delivery supplied? I have nothing, and now see that my invoice is dated six weeks in arrears showing the date it was ordered.

You should have been given a dated warrant booklet.

More importantly, your invoice should reflect the date of delivery rather than order date.

I would insist that both be rectified.

I just wanted to confirm that others did receive the paperwork. I emailed the salesman and he simply attached the brochure page showing warranty and said to use the My Kubota App. The salesman was out when I picked it up and I dealt with a clueless young lady. I want the real papers and you folks confirmed that I have a problem. I'll be playing with the app shortly to see if it is of any use.

The My Kubota App does not help with the warranty, it only provides a link to general information.

If you want to post your tractor serial # I can look and see what the warranty registration date is.

It hasn't been registered yet which isn't surprising as it can take some time. I will keep checking periodically, it will be interesting to see if they use the actual registration date or try and back date it to the invoice date.

My dealer delivered my tractor with all the implements, as well as all the physical paperwork for each piece, all dated the day of delivery. He also explained the warranty for each piece. Top notch family owned business and I couldn't more pleased with my purchase.
