    BX2200 problems when using FEL

I really appreciate all the replies, checked all the obvious no problems found, then it dawned on me, I use a factory ballast bucket with 300lbs of sand bags in it, used that setup with no problems using original turf tires. Recently I changed over to R14 tires, great traction....however, they...

    BX2200 problems when using FEL

Seems this started recently. As I try to use the loader to lift anything, seems that the right rear wheel lifts, feels like it's going to roll over. Not matter if it's level ground or not. I do have ballast on the rear....what can cause this, very shaky situation.

    BX brush guard mod

So I have this early Earth and Turf HD brush guard that I could not mount on my BX2200 because the steel flywheel shield and, MMM mount were in the way. I was ready to sell it but, I thought what the heck....let's make it fit. I have the tools. So I did, and it worked out great. At the same time...

    Worst oil change ever

So, an easy oil change turned out to be a 2.5 hour nightmare....This is my little BX 2200 w/FEL and 60" MMM. Now, I've changed fluids in many a tractor ,cars, trucks etc....but this was a nightmare. To start with, can't get to the oil filter surrounded by wire harness and such, steel hydraulic...

    BX2200D grill guard

Thank you for your thoughts, I also can get this one which looks a lot more robust. Reason I want to put one on is because I've been moving and, pushing a lot of limbs and such from these downed trees with my loader bucket and, had some come up like spears just missing the mark going through the...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Absolutely nothing today....had it mow the field yesterday, gave it a bath. Today I let it rest as I enjoyed a nice Bourbon old fashioned with it. Life is good.

    Welding cast pto frame

I suppose there are many ways to approach a problem, some less intense. I guess it depends on the item being welded and, the stress that item must endure. In my 45 years operating a automotive machine shop I've stepped in a lot of problems to solve....ahhh, think it out and, you will overcome.

    Welding cast pto frame

Welding cast iron is an art, experience is required. If I had to do it, I would select brazing if no load is on the piece. Just my thought. https://weldingpros.net/brazing-cast-iron/#:~:text=Types%20of%20Cast%20Iron%20%20%20%20Types,%20%200.02-0.2%25%20%201%20more%20rows%20

Loud clicking sound from loader BX2200D

I checked with a breaker bar and, a pipe for leverage.....it's well past 3 grunts. That noise has me worried, guess I'll just keep searching.
