Kubota d722. No throttle after front engine cover was replaced

Not familiar with your machine, but I experienced loss of throttle control on my B7500. The throttle lever moved easily with little to no resistance. I found a spring clip had fallen out of the linkage from the lever to the engine. Mine took a M1.2 clip. I hope your problem is as simple to fix.

Can anyone ID this cotter pin from my BX?

My B7500 HSD-R has two small pins like this under the floor deck on the right side. One is for the throttle linkage and the other is for the foot pedal. They are both small and metric. The throttle pin is 1.2mm diameter and the foot pedal is slightly larger.

    RCK60-24B V-Belt Alternative?

Thanks for the input everyone! I decided to try the Gates 7103BR from Amazon for $76.64 + sales tax delivered. I have been very satisfied with Gates Kevlar belts on my flair mower.

    RCK60-24B V-Belt Alternative?

The v-belt on my RCK60-24B is getting close to needing replacement. The Kubota replacement K5763-34712 is $125.64 + 16.89 s/h from Messicks. My local dealer will probably be about the same price but without s/h. Amazon Prime lists a D&D Power Drive belt for $34.67. Would appreciate hearing...

    RCK60-24B gearbox spindle

"Does the bearing in the spindle come out of bottom or top of deck spindle? I see a large internal snap ring above the bearing." Sorry, I can't help you with that question. The bearing below the gear box is not pressed onto the shaft. It stays in the spindle housing when the gearbox with...

    RCK60-24B gearbox spindle

There are (3) bearings, (2) bearings on the horizontal shaft and (1) bearing on the vertical shaft. A second bearing for the vertical shaft is below the gearbox & pully inside the spindle housing. Here are (2) Y-Tube videos that may be of help. Exploded view, part numbers and prices are...

    Replace Glow Plugs B7500

My B7500 has a "engine stop knob" below the key switch. To stop the engine, you pull the stop knob back and hold it until the engine stops. The engine will not start until this knob is pushed back in. It will crank but not start. Make sure your "engine stop knob" is pushed in.

    B7500 setting for mowing

JanetB - The mmm on a B7500 is not my choice for cutting pasture grass, but I have done it on a regular basis, and now use it only occasionally. Run engine at PTO speed (~2,600 rpm), low range, and highest setting, or better yet, pinned up in transport position. PTO selector in mid pto...

    b7500 fuel filter question

JanetB - On my B7500, fuel leaks while you are unscrewing the clear plastic filter bowl. The flow stops when the bowl is completely unscrewed and removed. So, you want to unscrew the bowl quickly. Also, the manual notes to inspect and/or change the fuel filter only when the fuel tank is less...

    Suicide Knob

I have had one on my B7500 HSD with power steering for probably 10 years without any problem. I have found that it makes operation, and especially mowing, much more relaxing. Mine is set up to be used with my left hand. I have not experienced a problem with it not maintaining relative position.

    60 gallon 3 pt sprayer...too big for a B7500?

I have a Caroni 59" flail mower on my 2003 B7500 that weighs 485#. When I lift it, the front tires feel very light. I don't think I would want to lift much more weight, and I would not want to travel very far with the flail lifted. My manual lists a 40 gallon sprayer tank as maximum for the...

    Lift Arm Adjustment

I just measured my 2003 B7500. The centerline of the ball swivels measure 8-1/4" from grade at the lowest, and 25-3/4" at the highest. My current lift is 17-1/2". I bought the tractor new and have never adjusted the lift arms. My MMM is currently mounted on the tractor. I don't know if that...

    B7500 Battery Removal

On the B7500, open the hood by twisting the "mascot" (hood ornament) until the hood releases. Tilt the hood up until the support rod drops into place. Loosen the two knob bolts at the top of the grille. Pull the grille forward until the slots clear the knob bolts, and lift the grille up...

    B7500 Operating Temperature

My B7500 temperature gauge works. It starts below the "C" line and gradually moves up to 1/4-1/2" above "C". When mowing dry or dusty grass, it will climb to the "H" zone as the debris screen before the radiator becomes more and more plugged. When the screen is cleaned, the indicator drops...

    B7510 pto 540 or 980 rpm selection

Dieseldonato - I don't believe Kubota has/had a cover for the MMM pto shaft for the B75XX/B76XX tractors. Others on this and other forums have suggested finding a length of flexible plastic tubing of appropriate internal diameter.

B7500 Help identifying Rod and Adjustment

According to my Operator's Manual, the B7500DTN has Position Control, the B7400 HSD, B7500 HSD & B7500 DT do not have Position Control. The adjustment and operation of the Implement Lowering Limit is explained on P 41, attached below. I use this limit to set operating height for my flail...

    B7610 MMM RCK-54-24B Install/Removal

I also have to lift the front end of the tractor to have enough vertical clearance to roll the mmm in/out from under the tractor, however I use a floor jack under the front hanger bracket.

    Tech Line?

The back cover of my 2003 Rotary Mower Operator's Manual has the following #s: Western Division (209) 931-5051 Central Division (817) 571-0900 Northern Division (614) 492-1100 Southeast Division (770) 995-8855 I called the Central Division several times 10-15 years ago. Always got...
