    Where to Find Engine Manual-L275DT?

Have you recently loosened the injector lines at the injection pump? If so you may have loosened the delivery valve which will cause the symptoms you describe! Try tightening the fitting below the injection line nut on all the delivery valves . Ed

    Rtv1100

You won't get a lot of extra punch by adjusting the servo valve on the rtv1000. It'll help some but that is a heavy rig for a 25 hp engine! I have gotten some results by adjusting the high pressure relief valve upwards but you are doing it at your own risk! ( I have 2 machines running at 3500...

What could cause an F2100 to start eating clutch disks?

They don't have a Hydraulic pto clutch, the foot clutch serves that purpose. I kinda prefer the system, it allows precise feathering of the pto, a nice feature when starting large mower decks! The B3030 doesn't have a foot clutch either, nor do the newer Fxx60 series front mout mowers. I think...

    Rtv1100

The servo spring you adjusted is designed as servo centering spring. to get it back to factory remove the hst control rod off the servo lever then jack the rear of the machine up, put it in gear (in TWO wheel drive!!) and adjust the screw you turned until the wheels are both stopped. You turn it...

What could cause an F2100 to start eating clutch disks?

The F2100 does have a conventional clutch as do most "B" series tractors with Hydro drive. (also ALL "L" series) as for why it's eating disc splines, my guess would be misalignment as in something bent or maybe someone lost the dowel pins when they split the tractor to replace the first clutch?

    RTV Idle Speed

Hi. You won't hurt the engine itself by idling it lower but you will vibrate the s@#t out of the machine! The three cylinder engine runs much smoother at 1350-4000 rpm, thats why Kubota set it there.

    RTV900/1100 rearaxle nut torque

What do you need Vic? A hub or a whole RTV ?LOL I can sell you any Kubota part but I can't ethically sell for less than Camrose Dynamic Sales would sell it to you for. (I do get a paycheck from them and I'd sooner not tic them off!) I'll make sure they don't rip you off though. Most dealers mark...

    RTV900/1100 rearaxle nut torque

We haven't had any problems with the front hubs, I'd leave them alone. It rarely damages the drive shaft so usually you get away with replacing just the hub.

    B1700 hst Transmission power loss

Hi! Bad luck with your Bota! I suspect the damage was done when you initially ran it low or out of oil. The HST has two brass valve plates in it which are very fussy about having an oil film on them. one or two gulps of air and they are toast! There are no clutch packs in any Kubota HST. There...

    Back hoe on 2360

The three point hitch on any BX is too light to mount a backhoe on. ( I think all TPH's are too light to mount backhoes but BX's are worse!!) If the hoe can be attached to the frame of the tractor it will be ok Ed

New guy needs help b8200 hyd problem

Please Don't use heat!!! Get a proper fitting socket and a long "cheater" and have a go at it. If it has never been off it will be VERY tight. You might have to jack up the tractor to get enough swing on your wrench. Be careful replacing it also, it is quite easy to cross-thread it then you ARE...

    M8200 A/C pressures

The guage pressures are dependent on the ambient temperature and are not specific to any make or model of equipment ( more to do with the boiling point of the refrigerant.) here is a website with a chart you can use for reference. http://www.csgnetwork.com/r134apresstempconv.html Hope this helps!

    Jerky Loader on L2800

This is a classic example of a cracked suction hose to the Hydraulic pump. (located just above the brake pedals). You might not be able to see the crack and it usually doesn't leak oil so isn't obvious. This is a common problem on the L2800-3400 tractors. Ed

    GST transmissions

Kubota GST transmissions DO have a standard clutch on the flywheel like all other L series tractors. They also have a hydraulic clutch which disconnects the drive to allow gears to be shifted without the operator declutching. When you manually clutch the tractor you are using a conventional, dry...

    ZG227 not starting

If your tractor is before sn 12957 there is a MANDATORY service bulletin that addresses a similar problem to yours. It includes installing a new carb along with a wiring harness and relays . It SHOULD have already been done but if it hasn't I would start there. In Canada the bulletin is...
