I bought a Ranger 900xp new back in 2014. It has been nothing but pleasure to own and don't know how I ever got by without it. I haul over 20 face cords out of the woods with it every year. I've only lubed and changed oil and filter on it as needed. It is a true work horse.

Thanks for the information NCL. I didn't realize one needed to run the tractor at those rpms. I was assuming a fast idle would get the job done. Not the case at all. Good information for sure.

How many hours can you run on a tank of diesel, and what rpm work's well? Also, if a regen was needed, would that be a problem?
