Currently have Industrial tires on my unit. (2015) Would like to swap for Ag tires. Am located around Natchez , MS.
Just received my L2501 had to accept R-14’s, as they had no R-1’s( supply chain). Just curious if you priced a set of R-1 tires.
Good luck with trade, it’s an option I’m considering as well!

Hi- I did not check recently. Will ckeck with local Kubota dealers for "used" tires and rims . I am also considering wheel extensions for the L3901. I have gotten stuck several times with the R4 tires. had enough 👍😁

Love the R1's on my L2501. They really perform the best when traction is needed. I also like the more clearance room for a set of heavy rear tire chains in the Winter. They can be hard on lawns for sure, but my tractor was purchased for hard work in the fields, in the woods and on my 1,000ft driveway. They are also loaded with rim guard.

There was a full set of R1’s with rims off a new L2501 listed for $1000 on Craigslist around the Mobile Al area a few weeks ago. They didn’t last long. Or look around the local farming groups on Facebook.

One could buy the new rims and R1's and sell the new R14's and rims to recover the cost of the ones you want.

The problem here in Canada, there is no supply of front R-1 tires. Not sure if this an issue in the USA, but that is what I was told. Also, the rims are one piece, hence not adjustable. My dealer did cover extra costs of R-14’s, kubota wheel spacers, and installation of spacers(when they arrive?).
Buying not an option, trading with someone is best option at this time. At some point I need to buy chains, can’t do winter ice without them!

Just had a full set with 10 hours use pop up for sale on Craigslist near Mobile for $800. I could deliver them to Natchez for a delivery fee if your not able to get them.
