If you look that company is no longer open for business. You would have to source from another vendor.

    hydraulic fitting wrenches or sockets

I use angle wrenches from Mac tools as the link. I have 4 sets of them, 5 if you include the Proto stamped ones. They are expensive but worth it. You can find lesser priced ones and some may even be from the same source. But many are low quality and may not work as well...

    2 Wheel Drive

Actually the vast majority of wheel loaders are transmission drive to axles with differentials. There are a number in the compact market that are hydrostatic as well as a few in the medium to large market. But usually still a hydraulic motor driving a transmission and axles. Once you get to the...

    rear work lights, 2610

Yes, see switch 080 below. The connector should be inside the head liner behind one of the switch blank inserts. Or possibly behind the instrument console. I do not have that model so I cannot say exactly where it is

    rear work lights, 2610

It requires a separate switch be installed in the inner roof panel to operate the rear work lights

    V1505 tier4 engine

A picture of the injector pump and side plate would help determine what would be needed to make the engine run. But also be forewarned that any changes made to the injection pump violate EPA regulations and can carry stiff penalties.

    HST Trans

It's really hard to say without seeing all the parts nut as @rbargeron stated the guides are more likely a result of slipper failures

    HST Trans

In the image below the guide is outlined in red and holds the slipper feet, marked in blue, so the stay aligned and seated against the swash plates. There are 2 guides one for each rotating group. The springs outlined in yellow hold the barrel of the rotating group against the valve plate...

They are there to help keep the slippers aligned and in contact with the swash plate. When the slippers bounce on the swash plate all sorts of bad things start to happen.

    Kubota v2403 idle adjustment

EPA does not dictate that parameter. It more likely has to do with speed droop when you load the engine such as striking an arc. All the Lincoln welders I have used seem to run similarly. If the engine rpm droops to much it is slow to recover and start of the arc is poor.

    Kubota v2403 idle adjustment

My recommendation is to leave it alone. It is designed to run that way for a reason. If you do successfully modify it so the engine idles lower you may not like the performance you end up with

    Kubota v2403 idle adjustment

The 2 screws that are locked by the locking wire are used to adjust low speed idle and high speed or rated rpm. Are you changing the application of this engine or do you just want it to idle at a lower rpm? If you do adjust the idle and rated rpm you will have to install some sort of control to...

PTO PIPE MAX PRESSURE RATING ?

The PTO clutch is generally applied using either regulated oil from the transmission circuit or HST charge oil. Both of these are below 500psi. Like NIW said weld or braze the line. Just be sure to not restrict the flow.

    Air chuck on filter housing

More than likely you are referencing the fitting that the air filter restriction switch would screw onto. It would be a 1/8NPT stem near the outlet of the filter.

    Kubota oil

Actually the manufacturer I work for recommends 15W40 HDEO down to -16C and 10W** down to -20C. There is no reason to use a lighter oil in temps most of N America experience unless you are driving for increased fuel economy. I have customers all throughout the country running 15W40 with no...

Is the rule of thumb, "if you can reverse up the hill, you can drive up the hill"?

As asked are you confusing angle and percent? A 56 degree angle would be 150% slope and in 8ft would have a 12ft rise. I would like to see the tractor that drives up that slope.

    HST issue

What @whitetiger said is spot on. If your shaft is not turning it is no longer coupled to the engine.
