    Front wheel drive lever

Heat is your friend in this case. Prying and hammering my just break off the lever from the shaft. If you do use heat be prepared to replace the o-rings #020 behind #030.

Carryover Pipe, Neutral Port Versus Power Beyond

can you post a copy of the hydraulic schematic for the valve? Of course you could always put the 3rd function valve in the pressure line feeding the valve.

L3130 HST mid, & high travel issue

Your issue is not related to fluids it is either low power/ fueling issues or you are asking too much from the machine. If heavily loaded you may have to back off on the HST pedal to maintain rpm's.

Crusher run thickness under concrete slab

The only thing it might hurt is your pocketbook. As stated compact it and the subgrade well.

    Transmission fluid udt2

Actually different markets often have different suppliers. Canada may different from USA which is usually different from Mexico and South America. Same goes with every other region of the world. I am pretty sure the supplier for Premium UDT in Canada is not Valvoline or Ashland Oil. So the...

B8200 HST WILL NOT MOVE FORWARD WITH HOT OIL

Did you try swapping the forward and reverse relief valves? If not do that and if no change swap the neutral valves

Some of you may remember my Post about my B2601 breaking in half!

Which compartment did the broken ring come from? The transmission/range section, the differential where the ring gear resides or the axle case where the pinion and bull gear are? I doubt all the pieces of broken ring would migrate from one compartment to another. I also doubt that item #030 in...

    Loader curl

What NIF said is all good. I would also ask what happens when you bring the lift cylinders to either end of stroke. If the engine wants to stall then I bet you have inlet and outlet hoses swapped. Inlet should connect to the inside fitting and return to the outside. You could take a pic of the...

    Loader curl

No supply and return from the valve not the bucket cylinder hoses.

    Loader curl

I suspect you have the hoses reversed going to and from the valve

    Loader curl

Which hoses jump the ones to the side of the valve or the ones to the cylinders? Do they jump when the valve is actuated in both directions or only one?

    Loader will not lift

I would verify that your boom spool is actually moving when moving the lever. I am not sure if you have a cab and possibly cable operated controls. Even though you say you have flow at the cylinder hose I would verify the travel. Pretty sure you don't have port reliefs in that loader valve so...

    BH77 boom cylinder droops

You say "drooping down" Do you mean the boom is drifting down and if so does this happen while operating or while suspended in the air. Also what is the rate of drift?

    BH77 boom cylinder droops

The parts diagram is showing port reliefs for the swing, boom and dipper spools.

    Loader will not lift

Swap the tilt circuit hoses with the lift hoses and see if the problem moves. That will determine of the issue lies with the valve or cylinders.

    Time for a Clean DPF

How old is your tractor? The emissions warranty is longer than 3k hrs. I know in construction equipment the DPF is required to last 4500 hrs or 3 years. I would assume ag would be the same.

    Supporting loader when under

If you are going to quote something please provide a complete quote and not remove some of the context. "Important: Always remove front loader attachments when servicing the tractor! These stops won’t prevent them from coming down in the event of mechanical failure or an accidental bumping of...

    Supporting loader when under

Either a stand or cylinder lock will work and is the proper way to support the loader whenever working on the tractor with the loader arms in the air. One thing I would recommend is to remove the bucket if you have a quick attach and rolling the bucket cylinders to the dump position especially...

    Welding

Whoever said that an ignition switch disconnects the battery from the tractor? In most cases it does not, especially on newer electronically controlled machines. What people are confusing is battery current flow through a machine and stray current from a welder. Stray current can easily run up...
