    B2650 loader disconnect pins

Same here. Mine is a 2018 and I've had it do things it should not have been asked to do. It's held up with no issues and I checked the pins and no problems found. They float, but are not pushed out enough to even think about bending the retaining arms. Maybe I'm just lucking, I'm gonna go...

    B2650 Cab Noise Reduction

I noticed the same reduction in whine intensity when I changed to SUTD2. It helped quite a bit on my open station. I imagine it would help even more with a cab.

New house New Tractor? BX2370 vs B2301

Probably, but we never got to see pics of the mtn bike pump track. I'm halfway thru building a jump track and was hoping to get some pics and advice :)

    Seat upgrades?

I absolutely won't mow unless I'm on my Ferris. Broke my back years ago and mowing was a literal pain in the ... well, back. Now I mow in half the time with none of the back pain. A whole lot cheaper than Dr bills and surgery.

    Backhoe Hydraulics - Other Uses?

I really have no 'practical need' for it, but now that I've seen a Samurai cutter, I most definitely 'need' one ;) I'm sure I could come up with some uses for it.

You've heard it before....help me pick!

I'm not sure about the LX, but when I was purchasing, the B2650 had higher ground clearance and a tighter turn radius than the L2501. Both those things can matter in dense woods. As for moving logs, I prefer using pallet forks since they are much lighter than a grapple, meaning I can carry a...

    Why Is Camo More Expensive?

    Isn't that the whole point ?? ;)

Puncture advice - Front tire L series

Why all the talk about tire levers? No need to take the tire off or even dismount one side. Just break the bead, slide the tube in, and air it up to set the bead again. Deflate to let the tube center itself, then air it up to your preferred pressure. The only difficult part is breaking the...

    Husqvarna/Kubota and grass cutting

I agree with the go-kart vs Cadillac analogy. My Ferris ZTR would be a Bugatti/Ferrari/Rolls-Royce mix ;)

    Shed upgrade started

I've been following for awhile. Thanks for fixing the skeeter breeder spout, my OCD would kick in every time I saw it ;) You've done an outstanding job from the looks of it. The only thing better than the joy of having the new space to utilize is the pride of knowing you did it yourself...

load distribution on FEL chain hooks

I was just trying to help as well. Wanted to make sure you realized that you weren't cutting the hook stress in half like you stated, it was actually increasing the stress based on the pic you posted. Personally, I always make sure I'm at 120 degrees or less because that's the 1:1 ratio and I...

load distribution on FEL chain hooks

    first fig F = .71 second at 120 degree F = 1.0 third fig at 180 F= infinity from my initial source at 179 degrees F=57.2

    I hope this helps.

load distribution on FEL chain hooks

There are charts that have angles and Force values. At 179 degrees F = 57.2 x load. So the math is pretty simple. I'll try and find a chart that I can link to show you. I got those values off of a file I have for doing rescue rope work. I couldn't find a way to link just that one page and...

load distribution on FEL chain hooks

That's the problem. With a 2 anchor system the load on each hook changes as the angles change. With a very long chain, the angle of the 2 sections of chain going to the hooks is small. As the chain shortens, the angle increases. With your set up as pictured, the angle is almost 180 degrees...

    Cool PTO spline cover

I won't be here in 45 years and I seriously doubt my son will care what the PTO looks like at that time ;) However, I'm not opposed to buying a 3 pack and copying that cover design.

    Are you ready for Winter?

Skis were tuned and waxed before putting them up for the season back in April, so yeah, I'm ready for winter.

    Let'm die!

From an individual standpoint, death is the biggest danger. From a societal standpoint, I agree with you completely.

    Let'm die!

It's a timeline that involves evolving knowledge from various sources from various countries. Bottom line, masks DO work, and a quick trip to the Mayo clinic site can tell you in easy to read non scientific terms why. I started to specifically answer your question and it turned into a rather...
