    Purchase price

It would be better to get quotes from multiple dealers in your area of the country. The truth is a price check with someone across the country isnt useful information. You cant go to a local dealer and say “hey, my friend 2000 miles away got it for 1500 cheaper.” Use those quotes to work a...

LX Series Replaces B2650 and B3350

LX series is nearly identical to the B50 series except for the 33 which has a taller hood to accommodate proper sized emissions equipment. All in all the 33 is now a top contender for my next machine at altitude once I get everything on property cleaned up with the M62!

Buying a new BX23s and need advice on snowblower options

Not sure I would get a blower with no cab on the tractor. Are you considering the time it will take to get the front mount blower off and on? I believe there is a separate mounting system you have to install before use. Also be sure you have some ballast if you are adding that much weight to...

    HST general question, BX1800

You will be amazed what you can do with a real tractor (even if it is a SCUT). It will last you decades. I might consider the BX23 if there isnt a huge price difference. Also if you think you might ever use the FEL, I would get it now.

    L2501 Weighted Tires

For what you have described I would say you dont have a bunch of ground engaging tasks so the rears loaded isnt a big deal. If you are doing loader work just keep the rotary cutter on it for ballast, or get a ballast box for the 3PT. If you had a rear blade, or a box blade, or tilled a...

    L6060 turbo ?

Same. Running it a low RPM for a few minutes will cool it if you have been running it hard. I do the same in my turbo diesel truck.

    Keeping Bessie II Warm

Treat all diesel with winterizing additive. If you do start the tractor in the winter, be sure and let it run for at least an hour (keep battery charged). That is all I do. Mine sits in an unseated garage and starts just as easily in the winter as it does in the summer.

Loader work, Engine oil pressure warning, and engine dies...

Make sure you are in the seat as mentioned. It is really easy to try and edge up or forward to get a better view of the bucket. It wont bog down until you press the pedal to go forward or back and you are off the seat a bit. If you are completely stationary and just operating the FEL, it...

    Tires???

How hilly is your place? If you have much raid you arent going to want to be on side hills much if the grass is that wet. You can slide right down. That said if you have a yard or something you are going to be running over but dont want to tear up you will probably have to go with R4. Not...

    New Kubota L2501 ordered

If you are getting a 6 ft check the weight difference. Sometimes a heavier duty or larger rotary cutter throws the tractor around more than you want. It doesnt seem like it would be an issue, but you might want to check into it further.

    new tractor B3150 or B2601?

It’s a 2014 version of a B2650 before all the Tier 4 stuff. It is a bit bigger than the B2601 yes. OP I assume this is a used machine? How many hours, was it kept indoors, any implements, service maintenance logs in good order? Any leaks?

    Which Tractor for grapple

If not garage kept, probably pass on a 10 year old machine. IMO the smallest I would go is a L3560 with the upgraded FEL. You are going to be very limited with a B2650 just because of weight and capability.

    Hours vs Years on Tractor

Years are all about garage kept vs. outside. If outside years really matter.
