Garden fencing. What do you use?

When I lived in the Detroit area, I had rabbits eat all of the newly planted broccoli and cabbage plants down to the ground. I bought a small electric fence charger from TSC. It worked. After the plants started to yield, the rabbits weren't interested.

    Leaves - what to use

I use a Redmax backpack blower to move the leaves in clear spots outside my yard. I run over the piles with the bush hog several times to chop them up and make sure they don't blow back.

What’s the longest you’ve gone without sleep

I did about 40 hours straight during an outage at a nuke plant. I think that there are regulations against that now. On my way out I was confronted by a Senior Department Head wondering why my insignificant low priority report was not done.

L4701 Regen twice in first 20 hrs?

My L3901 did 2 regens in first 25 hours. I run it faster now, 1800-2000 rpm without PTO implement. It's about 1/2 as frequent now. Regens seem to be more frequent in cold weather.

    Chain saws -- Stihl MS 251 CB-E

I have a Stihl Miniboss, MS180C with the rotary knob tensioner. Sometimes after tightening, the tension will increase when locking the bar down. I have an old Stihl 011, tool required, that does the same thing.

    Fuel prices

There is inadequate infastructure to support EVs now and there are no plans to support a 100% EV fleet. It's all about limiting travel.

    Fuel prices

The purpose turbochargers these days is to get decent acceleration out of small displacement engines. The net result is better fuel economy. That was the theory behind the Ecoboost. In theory, the vehicle should get better FE during highway driving when the boost is low or none.
